Very noisy air conditioner/heater

We booked a king suite but the room smelled so badly we were moved into a smaller double bed room and paid the same price. In the new room we only received on coffee package to make a single cup of coffee that my wife and I had to share. Also plaster was peeling away from walls near ceiling.

We were only in town for one night. The room was clean and comfort and the staff was friendly. The only thing I would change is….the shower head was too low. My daughter and I are both tall and had to bend over to wash our hair.

My favorite hotel in Orange County California!

I was extremely impressed with the gentleman named John that works at the front desk. He is always dressed very professional, is very polite and respectful to all the guests that come in and most importantly always has a smile on his face and you can tell that he absolutely loves his job, working at the hotel. I give him a 10 out of five stars!!! Good job, John! Keep up the good work! He definitely deserves an acknowledgment and recognition for this!!!

Checking into the hotel the large heavy automated doors closed on my husband as he was entering. Knocking him and his walker to the ground and flinging his glasses. Behind him was a large sign stating Safetly First. Although he was lucky enough to not get seriously hurt, we were never offered a refund on our room. We were told we had to go through our 3rd party hotel.com to seek compensation. Utimately the room get paid to the Days Inn so it should come from them. Lastly I had to call the manager on this 3 days later who did not seem concerned. She should have called us immediately to see if my husband was ok. Poor management.

Our stay has been great. Clean, good area nice people. Breakfast has waffle machine and fixings, The only protein you get are hard boiled eggs, but all in all the breakfast was good. Cereal, toast, Coffee and juice machines. The pool was heated, and the Jacuzzi was clean.

Front desk associate called Monday morning to tell us we needed to check out even though we scheduled to be there that night. When I explained, he was very surly about it, “well nobody told me” and his my up on me

The hotel was about what I expected for the area. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was okay. Waffles, cereal ect. Two issues I had. I booked 2 rooms at the same time for ourselves and my daughter and her family. Both under the same credit card. They endedbup.putting us at different ends of the hallway. Thecreason they gavevus was they don't assign rooms until we arrive. It was just like the commercial where the hotel booked the kids rooms across the courtyard from their parents. The other issue was during our showers the temperature of water would change frequently. We stayed 3 nights. By day 2 we discovered when thevwater pressure would change to step out of the flow to see if was going to be hottter or colder. Just had to wait a minute or so until it changes back to the temperature you set. This would occur multiple times per shower.

The staff was very accommodating, breakfast was good and the staff in the kitchen was very helpful.

Great stay!

Loved this property, Staff was very professional and helpful. Rooms were clean, bathrooms were sparkling clean. Jacuzzi and pool were excellent. Shops and eateries were in walking distance. Breakfast was awesome! Waffles, bagels, croissants, boiled eggs, cereals, raisen bread, cream cheese, orange and apple juice, cereals, bananas and coffee Excellent breakfast I would book a room with them again, very pleased.

Overall great choice. The water in the pool was very warm (not sire if it was the 100+ degree weather or that its heated but we enjoyed it). The workout room doesnt have any free weights but the treadmill did the job. It was a little odd that we returned to our room getting the shower rod replaced when it seems it coulve been done AFTER we checked out. Overall, great stay & great pricing. We will be coming back to this location when we travel again.
