The pool area was cold, the pool water was too cold to swim in, the hot tub has warm and there was a lot of debris on the bottom of the hot tub. The bathroom in the pool area was disgusting and there was what appeared to be feces on the toilet seat. I told the front desk and she said she would inform maintenance and housekeeping, but the next day, it was exactly the same. The free breakfast was merely bagels, yogurt, fruit (orang
es, apples and banana - some of which were going bad), individually wrapped muffins (mine was stale), and OJ. Not even bread for toast or cold cereal. If we wanted cereal and milk, we had to buy it. The sitting area in the main lobby was nice and offered board games, which we did because the kids didn't want to swim, but it was freezing cold. The front desk did give me a blanket for the kids. The staff were very nice. There was also some phantom noises in my hotel room at night that were a little spooky. The toilet in my room ran loudly, and the water in the shower/tub didn't turn off all the way. Like I said, the staff were very nice and I did inform them of everything, but it didn't appear as though anything was done to fix the issues.

We are in town for a Packers game and the hotel was nice! Breakfast was hot and delicious and the staff was very friendly. Will stay again!

The breakfast was small, but just fine. Same with the pool, small but fine. Its undergoing renovations so I'm not sure what they are are all updating.

Very friendly staff. No accessible rooms available due to renovating but was upgraded to a suite which met our needs. Lovely breakfast. Room and dining was very clean. Swimming area is small but hot tub is nice. 24 hr coffee is wonderful

They are currently restoring the facility. The areas that are completed look GREAT! It was just an inconvenience to hear to workers pounding, and the pool area could use a GOOD cleaning! The Jets didn't work in the hot tub. Other then those minor inconveniences the price was great, breakfast was good, our room was comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly and courteous!!

We stayed three days in this hotel. Room was clean and new due to the new renovation, bed was comfortable, the only problem they didn’t service or clean the room nor they remove the trash (end up taking one load trash out on my 2nd day) and, also toilet flush was leaking causing the water refilling the tank every 15 minutes I cleaned rubber plug to be able to sleep and informed front desk about it but no one fix if because was still refilling once every a few hours

It probably had the best bed of any hotel I've ever stayed at. I don't know what the hell kind of bad or pillows they were using, I'm just very upset I have to go home to mine now lol. Bacon would have been cool for breakfast or pancakes or waffles.. but the staff was friendly and that goddamn bed was amazing lol

Quick and easy check in and out. Peaceful and quiet, very clean and well kept. I’ll definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

They are under renovation, which I understood, but we didn’t have working AC in our room all night. It was 75 degrees all night which for the money wasn’t expected. The AC unit was very loud as well even though it wasn’t producing cold air. I told the front desk in the morning and the gal apologized but suggested we could one called down for a box fan. She offered us a cold water for the road. What would have been nice was working AC or a discounted stay. Also the area around the AC unit including window ledge was very dirty with maybe construction dust? The hotel is right on the highway so expect to hear loud highway traffic al night. The beds were comfy and it felt mostly clean. I still would have stayed elsewhere had I known.

Increase the professionalism of all employees - uniforms and clean ones. Zero tolerance for any piercings other than the ears. Change out the toilet seats in all rooms to match the other white color in it. You're doing a good job with the remodel of the place!!!
