Tucked away on a side street, this hotel is a great affordable spot to be in the center of it all in Torino. Walking distance to the train station and within 15 minutes of all major attractions (Egyptian Museum, Palazzo Reale, etc), the location can't be beat. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I had a single room which was quite spacious and comfortable. The hotel room itself could use a bit of a facelift, but not a major issue. Others have mentioned that it can be noisy in the evening. There are several restaurants close by so be aware that it is an active area, but was not a bother for me. I would recommend as a convenient base for a stop in Torino

I liked: location, availability of a single room, airconditioning, receptionists were good, can open window to let fresh air in.
I did not like: odd smell in the room, old-ish bathroom, seems clean but not very clean if you look closely especially at joints.

Very happy with our one night stay in the heart of Torino. The location is very convenient, a few minutes from the Porta Nuova train station and easy access to shops, restaurants, and museums. Room was clean, modern, and comfortable.

We stayed here twice in March 24 (and have reviewed this hotel once or twice before). The Gran Mogol remains an excellent choice for a hotel in Turin. Excellent position for the main train station and the shopping streets/dining options. A fabulous choice at breakfast including hot items.

Great location in the centre yet away from the main tourist areas. Within walking distance to most attractions and close to trains stations and airport bus. However if you open windows it can be noisy. The room can be hot and abit musty so we had to open windows when we go out during the day. There was air condition but only blows warm air andnot cold air so it is not good when the room is stuffy and warm.
Shower room can do with a little update. Beware of shower head splashing water everywhere!
Breakfast was excellent. It is a buffet type with hot and cold meat and lots of variety bread! There are tin fruits, yoghurt, hot beverages from machine and variety of juice to choose from.
I would say the best thing is location indeed.

The staff were lovely and very helpful - I was travelling alone and asked for advice on how to reach certain places - a lady at the desk wrote down directions for me. Breakfast was also copious. The room was excellent and clean.

We stayed 4 nights. Our room was very clean with fake wood floor, what i appreciated for my allergies. The mattress was a bit hard. There is a nice breakfast. The personnel is very nice. In historical downtown, 5 min walk from main train station. Would definitively go back.

This hidden gem is located on a sidestreet, just minutes from the Egyptian Museum and one of the major squares. Surrounded by bars, restaurants and shopping, this is the perfect hotel to use as a jumping off point to explore the city. Clean and spacious, the staff was very attentive. Would highly recommend.

No air conditioning. We have to open the windows in order to get some air. A lot of noise from the outside. Unable to get a good sleep. I will like to make a formal complaint and a refund. Thanks

The staff is SUPER young and they try to do their best however the company is investing in paying people very little in order to create saving everywhere... there is NOT a single senior person in the whole hotel and noBody can be reached in case the front desk is in trouble... moreOver there is only one person always in front desk
