Perfect for a one night stay while visiting SFA. Staff was friendly and helpful. This a clean, safe, no frills hotel, but has everything you need to make you and your family comfortable. This location was previously a different brand of hotel that was a acquired and remodeled by Motel 6, so although the exterior appears older, the inside has been remodeled. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely stay there again when visiting our daughter at SFA. Thank you for a great place to stay at an affordable price.

Room was not ready at check in time. Had reservation for two rooms thru Hotels.com but only showed one room. After an hour we asked to get room key to return layter. Many others trying to check in with reservation were told no reservation. No smoke detector and air conditioner leaked

Very dirty rooms, people shouting and fighting outside and in the corridor

The bathroom was filthy. The toilet was gross, like it wasn’t cleaned properly and had been sitting there for a while. The beds were okay. The door didn’t seem to close all the way, it locked fine but there was a large crack that would let light in.

Prior to booking here we booked at the another motel 6 in the same town , it was disgusting. Could not stay there and the motel 6 SFA university was accommodating and very clean

Did not honor my reservation. Claimed natural disaster. Gave me a room that was not cleaned. Had no other rooms. Provided no eta to have issue resolved. Asked for my money back said they were unable to refund me as I had to request through Expedia. Expedia will not respond back out the lodging fee and had to pay for another hotel. Was yea eking it was 11:30pm and had to drive til after 1am to the next state over to find lodging. They claimed Expedia should have never sold me a room as there were none available. I suspect the incompetent staff mismanaged the booking and gave me reservation away to the PUD customers or they just didn’t get the room cleaned in time to rent. Very inconvenient and disappointing especially when traveling with kids very long night. Guess to be expected for a motel 6.

I liked that it was very clean. Something I didn’t like and that’s just me being picky is that there is no swimming pool. Please keep this hotel updated and nice.

We just needed a room overnight while we were passing through. He staff was very kind and our room was very acceptable. We had one tiny bug in the shower, but Nacogdoches is in the woods, so we weren’t surprised. We didn’t see anything else :)
The room smelled clean and the AC cooled the room incredibly quickly! Which is super important to me lol. Catherine at the front desk was so sweet and helpful, especially since we rolled in at 11:30pm!
It’s an old building, so our room had some water damage on the ceiling, but it didnt impact our stay at all.
