we should have skipped Lake Tahoe and stayed all week at this facility, one night was not near enough! Loved the room and surroundings. will return again!

We booked three rooms. We had called in advance to ensure all three rooms would be in the same building. We were told they would be. Also, one of the three rooms was supposed to have two queen beds. When we got there, though, our rooms weren’t in the same building and none of the rooms had two queen beds. The views are always amazing here, though.

We had a great time. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. We were disappointed that our unit did not have a patio.

Horrible. Not worth $350 a night. Mattress really bad and should have been replaced long ago. It squeezed when moving on it and was so worn it was like sleeping in a hammock. No hot water, morning shower was with cold water. Hotel staff listened to me but seemed to have the attitude of “Oh well “.

Beautiful location and facilities. Extremely friendly staff. Shout out to Rosie in the restaurant who went out of her way with a smile. We hope to stay here again.

Our room was great, with a view of the bay (although a shame we couldn't work out how to open the window to take photos!) And we appreciated the good complementary continental breakfast. It is however quite expensive, and we should have been told at check-in that theh were taking a holding payment against the debit card I'd used when booking as the extra payment from the bank account concerned us at first.

Great location! Nice property with outdoor pool/hot tub. Continental breakfast is included at restaurant across the street. Note: you cannot walk anywhere from this hotel except the restaurant across the street. Located on HWY 1 and there is no sidewalk or shoulder, so not good for walking anywhere.

The room was spacious and very well appointed. The only issue was being next to a noisy ice machine. The terry cloth robes were very nice but the towels were a bit skimpy. I would definitely return.

The property was a tad outdated, maybe that is what people are looking for, however the pics don't match the place in person. Not much to do in the area either, so maybe our fault for not checking

Loved the pool, hot tub & sauna! The beds were very comfortable and it was a very quiet place with deer out our deck windows grazing in the yard!

Excellent location! Great rooms with a beautiful view! Good customer service! Bay View restaurant is now open and delicious! Nice pool and hot tub. I have stayed here numerous times throughout the years and it never disappoints!

Staff was really helpful and friendly. Was able to check in early and the view from our room was great. Pool and jacuzzi area was nice and clean as well.
