The place where this hotel was, was not saved it. The rooms. The halls were really dirty. The room was dirty on the stuff coming out on the top of the wall. The bathroom was really dirty. It didn’t even flush. It was not safe for my kids to be there it was just not safe and it smells so bad. The room smell like cigarette.

The good: Friendly staff. The bad: The TV had no signal and could not be fixed, odd smell, socks turned black from walking on the floor. Pictures did accurately represent the room. The ugly: There was black mold in the bathroom, chewed gum on the end table upon arrival, and a streak of reddish brown unknown stain on the chair. Perhaps they are short staffed, perhaps it was because I booked third party. I do know this one of the last rooms available. Regardless, for around $175 a night, one would hope to find themselves in a more well kept room.

Area was a bit sketchy and a lot of activity going on. There was a lot of partying but it was labor day weekend. The room itself was not too clean and outdated.

I rented a room at this hotel on 8/21/24 for two nights and that was the worst place I’ve ever seen in my entire existence.This was the first time in my entire life I’ve entered a hotel that dirty. The lobby has an awful smell as you enter it . The concierge has no professionalism . I reported to here that our reserved room bathroom is dirty she did not even say I am sorry for the inconvenience and let me see what I can do, nothing like that instead she said to you want your refund which was exactly what I wanted. There’s I way I would let my family stay in this filthy, ghetto place. In front of the rooms door are covered with sirup stains , very sticky and discussing smell. The smoke detector are hanging from the ceiling and there’s no privacy.

False advertising! No swimming pool! The room did not have wood floors. Smoke detector popped out from the ceiling. A wall was patched up! No WiFi code was given! The platform for what you walk was filth and sticky. I am surprised you have them on your list to suggest for a stay. Terrible!!

The photos on this hotel's description must be at least 5+ years old, because this place looks nothing like that. I pulled into the parking lot and instantly regretted my booking decision. The exterior looked rundown, weird people lurking around, and just an overall sense of gloom and doom. I went to check-in and the nice lady at the desk said, "You have 15 minutes to see the room, if you have an emergency or you dont like the room, you come back in 15 minutes and get a full refund. After 15 minutes, no money back." I was shocked. I grabbed my 2 kids and we went to the room, and the hallway we had to walk down was dirty and machines were broken. We got to the room and the light switch didn't even work. So I found a small light to turn on before we closed the door. I looked around. Walls were dirty, floor was dirty, bathtub was not clean. Ceiling above bathtub wasnt painted. It was the worst hotel I've ever step foot in. We practically ran out of there back to the lobby to get our refund. Do not stay there if you have kids, or you are a woman, traveling alone. You will not feel safe. I am extremely grateful for the woman at the front desk. She gave me my refund and we got the heck out of there. I wish I had taken pictures, but I was scared and wanted to leave.

We liked that it was close to the freeway and it had free breakfast. The property is not fully renovated, poor renovation finishes, loud doors, thin walls, noisy neighbors and fights.
