We had a great stay, staff was very friendly, breakfast was fantastic and we enjoyed our time spent there. The pool was great along with the hot tub. We even utilized the fitness center as well.

Comfy bed. Updated room was ok. Was dusty. The drapes were old, dingy and dusty. The toilet kept running and the bath tub had a continuous leak also. I was on the second floor room 220. For the cost I cant complain. Breakfast was a miss and the coffee was disgusting. It came from some machine and wasnt a brewed or even a drip coffee.

Room very clean but weird off putting smell in hallway & right when you walked in room. I liked the room etc, but smell bothered me- my husband didn't seem to mind. We were also awakened at 3a.m. by yelling in the hall way for about an hour. When I mentioned this to front desk in the a.m. she totally blew me off.

Front desk not very courteous/helpful when asked questions. Computer/business room had inoperable computers; when inquired for help at front desk, told that computers had "been down for awhile." NO SIGN on door indicating computers were useless/not functioning. Also no help in assisting me & Cardiac patient travelling with me to find new lodging night of fire/flood. BAD review from me to all my family and friends!!

Loved the size of room and the indoor pool and jacuzzi or hot tub were great too. The hotel was right next to one of our favorite restaurants Primanti Bros. Overall a phenomenal experience

I began this review of the hotel giving them 5stars. I am now looking at a photo of Wingate by Wyndham Cranberry. My review is for Quality Inn Cranberry who we had to make reservations for after Wingate cancelled our reservation the night before we were to leave for Cranberry. Needless to stay Wingate and Wyndham are on our never ever to stay at list.

The staff was incredible, from beginning to end. They were so patient and kind to my 12 year old and me. Keep up the great work, guys! It matters!

Love this place .We stay here every single time we travel to Pittsburgh.The rooms are super clean ,the staff is awesome. ,great location for everything,Primanti brothers right next door ,short 15 min drive to the city of Pittsburgh,and the complimentary breakfast is very nice .

The hotel is good. We had no high expectations. So it was fine. On the very first day no one cleaned our room. The second day, the cleaning process was really low. We arrived late and the bathroom was not cleaned and they left our dirty paper glasses on exact same place.
The staff was good, specially Tereza from Jamaica, from front desk.
She was really a gentle one. Congrats!

The one thing that was a bummer was that we chose this hotel over similar ones in the area because of the pool and hot tub. They were working on a chlorine issue or something, and so the pool was closed.The weekend we were there. We did not find out until we checked in.

One out of service elevator. Pool not in use because of some chemicals in water. Same thing for breakfast everyday.

Okay room. Smelled funky. Hotel seemed old and not really kept up on. Area of Cranberry was nice so thought the hotel would be better.

Not a bad place to stay overall but expected better for the price. Breakfast lady was rude when we let her know waffle machine was malfunctioning. No power outlets anywhere near the bed. Rollout couch did not have linens and sheets setup. Walls are paper thin. Otherwise nice location if going to a sporting event downtown Pittsburgh.
