very close to the UPMC facility for my son's doctor's appointments

This is clearly only meant as a business traveler hotel. My 22 yr old son had to sleep on a very thin sofa bed with no comfortable blankets. Furthermore, we appreciated the ability to purchase some sparkling juice, but $5 for a can is robbery not fair mark up.

I wish the coffee machine was Keurig. I had problems to figure out the machine and needed to go down to the lobby for more packs of coffee.

The room had an adjoining door and I could hear the people and TV on the other side.

The staff was very inconsiderate. We needed linens for the pullout couch and the staff acted like this was super inconvenient for them. Also no ATM in the building my kids wanted ice cream out of a vending machine I asked the hotel staff to bill my account an dditional $10 and give me cash so I could get my children ice cream and of course they couldn't do that either. Come to find out later in our stay the machine took credit cards they weren't even courteous enough to tell us that and they knew that's why I needed cash! Go elsewhere with your family. You also have to pay for basic wifi!
