My first night, no shower gel inside the pump bottle. The next morning, no internet to work. But I walked to the sister hotel and they had internet, your staff told me it was an areas wide outage. The starbucks across the street had internet as well. The pictures on your website indicate there is muffins and bagels to buy for breakfast. There was nothing but coffee. This is pic is not what happened

One of the elevators was out of service and mad for a much longer walk. Their cookies were good. Night staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was not included in the price of the stay. Close to downtown and the Biltmore. A lot of restaurants within 5 miles but no sit down breakfast restaurants. No microwave!!

There were a few cops dealing with a disturbance in the parking lot when I arrived. Not sure how safe the area is. I noticed a security person in the parking lot when I left at 4:30am but he didn’t make sure I got to my car ok he headed inside.
The first night you could hear a dog barking and the next morning also. When I asked the front desk about it she said it was the floor above me and did I want to change rooms. Shouldn’t the people with dogs be put further away from other guests if possible? Why should I have to move. The second night there was another dog barking on my floor it sounded like it was right in the hallway it was so loud. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve had with noise from dogs barking. The room felt cheap for the star rating. I expected better.

It was a nice room that was clean and the climate control kept the room comfortable. The cookie was an amazing added bonus. It was very close to Biltmore Estate and downtown Asheville. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.
