We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool and a hot tub. Of course, during half of our stay, the hot tub was out of service, and the pool water was very cold. The breakfast was usual, a waffle maker, bagel, toast, egg, sausage, cereal, etc. The staff were nice, but really, we were looking forward to the hot tub after hiking and sightseeing all day. Very disappointing.

The first room they assigned us smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was suppose to be non-smoking. The second one also smelled of cigarette smoke and we just dealt with it. Will not go there again.

Service was friendly. The beds were junk and room was okay. Bathroom was not nice wallpaper coming off, rusty water fixtures and nasty vent. $50 pet fee on top of it made the room way too much. Please clean your pool area, looked like it hadnt been moped in a while.

The hotel is just tired. Carpets look horrible all need replacing. Painting needed everywhere. Busy place and need more staff they were always away from the rest. Dinger bell is always needed. Breakfast employees most unhappy with their job.

I felt that the $50 that was charged for a pet to stay there was unusually high for our 11 lb. terrior mix when other hotels in this chain only have charged us $15 or $25. The carpets in the hallways and room looked stained and dirty. Our room had a couch with torn upholstery and the bedspread had a hole burned through it with a cigarette. The bathroom was clean. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

The room was awful. Curtains were torn, carpet was stained really badly, and most everything was badly battered. Long, black hair in sink and on white spread. Mine is short blond.

For the price they charge they should consider putting mattress toppers on the beds. When booking this trip the website said $20 for dog fees but when we got there they said it was $50 a night, that’s a pretty big increase.

Carpet in the room was very very dirty. So dirty we will never stay there again. We thought we had booked a King size bed....we had 2 queens. It was also a handicap room which it shouldn't have been.

The stains on the carpet in room 104 were unbelievable. A guest isn’t treated with respect when you are given a room in this condition, implying ‘this is good enough for you!’

The property smelled musty and old, the frame around the bathroom mirror was peeling on the lower right hand corner, pillows on the bed were miniature more like pillows for a twin bed not queen. The odor was very off putting.
