There were pubes in the tub and mold. Toilet didn’t flush, had to put hands in mouldy toilet top to get it to flush

Very good all around. I had a two night stay. The room wasn't made up during my stay. There isn't a note pad nor envelop anywhere to be found. The gym is a few tread mills and a weight station.

Worst hotel experience of my life. Left the premises at midnight as I would not sleep in such a disguisting room and hotel. Found a clump of someone else's hair in the bed. The service and complaints system thereafter was almost as bad as the room itself.

This Best Western is okay. It's fine for an airport hotel. It's older and the halls and rooms have a bit of a smell. But, on the plus side, it was fairly quiet. The TV has very few channels available and no guide. The gym has cardio equipment, but no weights. The restaurant has really good blueberry pancakes. That was a highlight.

No menu provided for the restaurant, not enough towels, bed was not very comfortable, low shower pressure, bathroom door did not lock.

We were upset to have a multitude of flies and a cockroach on our room. The night manager said the situation warranted a room change but as the hotel was full, we had to stay in the assigned room despite the fact that pests in the room like we experienced required a room change.
The hotel manager was unfriendly and unsympathetic. We were given a free (limited) breakfast for our inconvenience.

So for 596 i got charged $1200
And the inconvenience of speaking to the front desk people. Also the phones didnt work

Front desk lady was beyond rude, unwelcoming and unhelpful to the extent that I canceled my second night. Hot tub was broken. Not a great experience.

and uncleaned from previous guests. They must have only emptied the garbage can and new towels. Everything else was dirty. Never will I book there.

Free GOOD ground coffee in lobby and water refill station, delicious food at great prices in restaurant. Staff are SO FRIENDLY! Pool looked great too but we forgot swim suits 🙃. Be advised that cabs at night will take advantage of you and charge $50 from Downsview Park when during the day it’s only $20 and we even walked halfway back from a concert and the still wanted $50!

When i finally got back to the hotel, they would not allow me to check in since i didn't have id or credit card, even though the room was paid in full already. I have put in two requests through Expedia for a refund on the room and have not heard back. I'm disappointed with this experience. Also the restaurant has slow service, don't go there if you're in a rush.

Pool was nice and hot, very relaxing hot tub. Staff was rude, poorly managed; communication lacking. Limited dinning, restaurant on site was okay but no other sit down restaurant in a 20-30min vicinity. Room service never replaced towels.
