Beautiful location for a romantic stay. Amazing infinity pool carved out of the rocks and great restaurant. Pool area used in The White Lotus.
Not close to the center of town, you will need to drive or take a taxi. Not much to do in the immediate hotel area, but the property is just amazing.

The staff was friendly. If you needed a ride to town it was there within minutes. The rooms could use some updating. The shower was difficult to use. There were a lot of small ants in the room.

The views, the beach, and the pool are great. The aesthetics are a bit dated. This is the hotel beach and pool featured in White lotus 2. Very economical and worth the money spent. I will definitely stay here again.

Overall, this is a beautiful hotel however it is outdated in the main sections, such as the lobby and the guest rooms, as well as hallways, etc. Each room we were in with family has somewhat of a musty smell and was damp. The air conditioning did work, but not incredibly well. With some updates to the entrance, lobby, hallways, lighting, rooms, bathrooms and technology this could be a much better resort.

The room was fine, probably had a bit higher expectations with the cost of this hotel. Pool area and beach is amazing. Tried the restaurant for dinner, really good, same with breakfast. Also took a boat trip from the hotel which was a great experience.

This hotel deserves 5 stars. The beach, pool area, terrace , everything was so beautiful. We use shuttle service to get in center everyday. Driver was so friendly! Breakfast has a lot of varieties. Everything was fresh & tasteful. We had a 3 times lunch at La Grand Bleu . Had a beautiful view and menu. Highly recommend it.

Wonderful hotel in stunning position to enjoy swimming in the sea and the lovely pool area. The staff were outstanding particularly when my husband was injured - they lent him a wheelchair and were very attentive to his needs. Thank you.

Hotel was great, Restaurants were great. Hotel was clean overall, my experience was good except the last day. The day we supposed to leave your hotel, we went downstairs to the front desk to pay our room charges. gentleman gave me a piece of paper with a room charges. It took me a while to figure this bill because you guys separating food from the drinks. i’m reaching for my wallet and taking the money out and the gentleman is saying it’s already paid. My response was I would like to pay cash. He said I give him the authorization for my visa and the bill is already done. I gave the authorization for my visa for minibar which supposed to be 150 euros . I asked the gentleman to reverse the charges because I would like to pay cash, He try and try and try and he couldn’t do it. He asked me if we can wait 10 minutes for his coworker to come, which we did. she tried to reverse the charges and she couldn’t do it. She said it has to be done from the main office and I would see my money right away. I will have to wait. I just got the email from you guys. You are the largest chain of hotels. how is that possible? You guys cannot refund my money on the Visa. There’s definitely something wrong with this picture you guys charging $800 a night and you have no technology to reverse the money or refund the money to the customers. I don’t think that’s right. and I would like to be asked how I would like to pay my bill. I don’t need you guys to tell me how I paid my bill. Sincere B Zdanowski

The hotel was in a perfect location with the most breathtaking views. The private beach and pool areas were stunning. When you walked out of the lift to see the cave entrances it was a WOW moment. The staff were amazing. They were so friendly, helpful and prodeasional. There was a great choice of bars and restaurants and the food was lovely. I would totally recommend this hotel. It was absolutely fabulous!
