Our room was updated,clean,comfortable. Hotel was convenient for shopping and dinning . Very nice area. But your main entrance windows were pretty dirty. Dad impression. Hallway carpet needed vacuumed . The rubber entrance to each room at bottom of door needed dusted. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Staff were friendly and helpful-a big plus. The room was clean but smelled as if no one had used it for a very long time-that stuffy, never aired out smell. Ditto for the poor fitness center room. The heat/AC units may not have been cleaned in ages. The extra dust and who knows what else was not kind to my breathing.

Staff is professional and courteous. Facilities are questionable for a holiday inn. Ceiling water stains, peeling wallpaper landscape that is not maintained. Room for improvement….

The hotel is convenient, but is in serious need of an upgrading. There was a gap between the sliding glass door and the wall wide enough to see outside and feel the heat coming in. There were no towels in the room at check in so we asked for them…three times. While we did get bath towels, we were still never given wash cloths. Parking lot is filled with large pot holes. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Shower had nice pressure, but tub did not drain.

Hotel was actually sold out, but they thing didn’t go through to where they opened it up again not a lot of people staying there. Breakfast in the morning was not available and hot water wasn’t running in the evening.

It was a Great place to stay. I haven't called yet, but my cc was charged $20.00 more than the reservation was for. Good breakfast, very nice lady running the restaurant. Had truck parking definitely a plus for me

well this hotel offically ruined my "if its got an 8 star or above rating on hotels.com" theory. blew it right out of the water. peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling. rust on the door frames and fixtures. stains on the bathroom floor from an obivous previous leak. hard water deposts on the fixtures. bedside lamp not working other bedside lamp had touchy plug socket on it no remote in room and when one was brought up it had no battery cover. and when the manager contacted me - via what i assume was a form letter for a poor review on their site - it was just to "give us another opportunity to stay with them" hard pass - i'm not paying money to be dissappointed again by the same place. fool me twice shame on me and all that.

I was surprised that there was an additional $20 charge when we checked in. Because we have to leave very early 3:45, we will be able to have breakfast. We were charge extra for that, but can't get our money back

Overall, we had a good visit. The front desk was always helpful. We were not pleased with housekeeping. We had to request towels after the first night. The towels in this hotel are horrible,,,very small and very thin and need to be replaced.
