Old bed. Elevator with to much bad smell and old smells. Breakfast was nothing, that means just egg and jouice test was like water. Heater was so noisy and we didn't have good sleep and etc... totally not recommended

* my issue was that I had this trip planned with my grandkids as an early Christmas present- the big attraction was the pool. It was closed for maintenance. That’s fine- BUT, we should have been told BEFORE we got there with the option for a refund.

We were in town for a sporting event. Location was perfect, property was clean and easy to navigate. Breakfast was pleasant. Available snack variety cured our late night cravings. A very nice overall experience.

I came up to Bangor to drop off some things for my college student son, and didn't want to make the 4 hour drive back home late at night so opted to stay over. I booked the Fairfield, staff was very friendly - room was clean and comfortable and best of all it was close to the campus and my son!

Our room was a king bed it was very comfortable the pulliqd were puffy and comfortable too! Our room was very clean smelled clean
The shower was nice and had water pressure. It was nice to watch our netflix on the tv. The staff was nice. I would definitely stay again!!

When we went to check in, there had just been a main water break in the hotel…not their fault, of course. We were advised to go next door to the Howard Johnson Hotel…we did and stayed there (and paid them). We were advised by Fairfield Inn that we would be reimbursed our full (pre-paid) fee for the room we couldn’t use there (no water!). I’m staying positive that our $200.+ will be refunded promptly.

Everyone was so great at the property. And the selections for breakfast was great as well. The only thing that I have to say about the property that's I guess not negative, but for me I didn't like that. The air conditioner did not go below 66
