The property is under renovation 10/2024. You will not see a fine entrance or lobby with comfortable seating options. The lovely garden dining space access was obscured by plastic tarps and not open. After check in, unbearable construction noise sounded like it was in our room about 2 PM. We had to leave the room. Management did respond well, provided gifts and offered to change our room. The hotel is very well located walking distance from the Louvre and Marais district. Staff cordial and helpful. Our room was modern and well appointed. Room prices were consistent with a 4 star hotel. The construction should have been disclosed and our room should not have been rented during construction next to it.

Very difficult to get to with a car. Hotel being renovated - staff are clearly stressed and irritated. Reception staff were very pleasant when we had some problems. The temporary entrance feels very unsafe at night due to the volume of homeless people and even human excrement on the street. No one serviced our room in the time we were there - had to ask on both evenings, having been out all day, for new towels. These were given with no apology or explanation. By the second night we were concerned it was because we were an LGBT couple and the people servicing the rooms didn’t want to service our room? We called reception and they said they would investigate and it was their problem. We left the hotel the next day feeling very uneasy. Room was very tired - scratches in the paintwork, and our sink was broken on arrival (jammed closed) Maintenance did come and fix it when asked. Don’t come here just now wait until the renovation is complete - the location is very central for lots of things to see, and the public transport is excellent from this location.

Despite the noisy area, our room was quiet. The staff was courteous. It was very convenient having a Metro station steps from the hotel.

Wonderful property, the staff were lovely, rooms were modern and clean and the location was amazing. Beds were ok, too soft, even the sofa beds for the kids were not firm enough. Otherwise everything was perfect

Hotel staff charged me twice by mistake and have not refunded me after 1 day

The location of this hotel is perfection. With access to the station and no shortage of restaurants and shopping around you as well. Walking distance to many landmarks. Would go back. Only complaint was issue with window in room so the evenings were loud

The man at the front desk was very nice and patient. However, this hotel does not have the air condition which was surprising to me There was no air in the room

The room was very clean but too small. Although the corridors of the hotel weren’t that clean.

Rooms were not ready until 6pm, couldn't checkin for a long time had to wait in lobby , tired and with luggage.. NEVER AGAIN!

The property was good, and I would definitely stay there again. my only cons are that it can be loud at night due to walking traffic and people in the area, and the cleaning staff comes very late in the day. Other than that, we definitely recommend it!

Nice hotel. Central, walkable close to the river, shopping and many dining options. You need to walk a block to/from taxi (since it is on pedestrian street). Staff at check was very helpful, getting us a room an hour earlier than check-in time, which was great, since we were coming straight from the airport and overnight flight, in dire need to rest and shower.

Best location for downtown sightseeing via metro and bus. Very friendly staffs.
