Okay, We had to evacuate for hurricane milton. When I booked online , it said pet friendly. Governor. Of florida Said if you're a vacuating Hotels won't charge pet fees. So I Booked the hotel with that In mind, Yet when we got there with my two little dogs They charged me twenty five dollars per dog Per day For a total of extrahundred and fifty dollars. Do not think that was very fair.Considering we were evacuating from a very dangerous situation. That and the fact that There was hardly any water pressure in the faucet. If you're going to say pet friendly and charge of fee , you should say what that fee is before people book your hotel.

In the lobby it already smelled like cigarettesmoke. The first room we were offered was in a strange corner with cigarettebuds en jointbuds (marihuana). Too us, it looked like the least attractive room they had. We asked for another room, but there black mould on the ceiling and it was too humid (our clothes were moist the next day). And in the front of this room there were even more cigarettebuds. There was no waterpressure on the shower and the towels had black spots on them. We paid about 140 dollars for one night. It was absolutely not worth it!! We asked for a little bit of a refund, but nothing was possible. Don't go here! It is not worth your money!

I chose this property because of its distance to the beach.

This will be the cleanest and nicest hotel that I ever stayed under $100/night for a family. Very modern room with kitchenette and “dining area” Nice saltwater pool and nice hot breakfast for every morning. Very nice for a staycation weekend getaway.

I'm a traveling welder that worked on military base for about 3 months.. I stayed there the Entire time. I enjoyed it. Maids cleaned and brought towels Everyday. The Only issue I had was you need to Pay for room Online. I was getting as low as 460 a week. Front desk charges around 700$. I really enjoyed myself there. About 12 minutes with traffic from Beach/ ocean and 10 minutes from Walmart, target etc..

The room in general was great and the bed comfortable, but Florida is too humid to have one window unit and no working fan in the bathroom or other areas of the room. The location was good for accessing Mayport base

The place was very clean. PLENTY of staff everywhere for whatever may arise. It was very quiet day and night. Pool was wonderful and clean. I was there alone while my husband was at work and I felt extremely safe. They have plenty of cameras. I can’t complain at all. The beds were soft rooms was spacious and the water was hot. The ice box in the room was clean and cold. The ac would freeze you out!!! 10/10

This property was so quiet. They keep that place clean. Beds were comfortable. Water was hot. Pool was clean. Owner is on site and doesn’t tolerate any foolishness making you feel extremely safe. We were there for work and I felt so comfortable there by myself while my husband was at work. Would definitely use them again.

Front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming at checkin, all other staff (maintenance, housekeeping, breakfast staff) was nice as well! You definitely get what you pay for though. Broken tv, broken alarm clock, holes in the ceiling, dirty floors, reeked of cigarette smoke smell.
