With 400 eur per night You probably would expect to have a proper bathroom and not the sink in the room. And amazingly there were not a single hook for towels. The "private pool" was hardly 2ft deep ;) and when it rained the water came to the floor of the room. Not really a 400 e/night even though the location was handy. Huge disappointment.

Overall nice place, smaller rooms, the chair for the desk is low and does not makes sense, little dated ,breakfast was great, staff was nice

Junior suite with pool was amazing. Nicest room I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was wonderful with the biggest walk in shower I have ever seen. The plunge pool on the terrace was fantastic to cool down after sightseeing nearby.

The reception staff were welcoming and very friendly. I greatly appreciated information about the surrounding area and the suggestion for transportation to the airport. Overall the experience was a 10!

This hotel is centrally located in Barcelona. It was close to shopping, dining and all amenities.The room was beautiful and the pool was lovely. It was very easy to access the metro and the Aerobus was just across the street to take us to the airport.

The location was great. Right next to La Rambla, close to many markets, close to the Hop On Hop Off buses. We had a room on the top floor with a small pool (not heated) but the balcony was huge, room was clean and modern.

Hotel is very close to the center and minutes from the La Ramblas. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is good size clean and comfortable. Bathroom is big and easy to access. Overall great experience

Bell hops was good and courtesy, front desk was good. But cleaning lady forgot to give us towers and refill necessity in the bathroom. We have to constantly call front desk to get basic needs.

This was an emergency stay. The staff was awesome , especially Gaston and Noelia at the front desk. Helped me immensely in getting settled in. Outstanding training with the staff , food and breakfast are fantastic, hotel amenities are excellent. Thank you to the hotel and its staff , for such attentive care and understanding.
