When searching hotels in the area, I chose "ELEVATOR" and this hotel came up and I chose it based on this. When arriving at the Hotel, there was No Elevator.
I did the same search this morning and it states this Hotel has an Elevator. This should be fixed on Hotels.com.
Hotel was OK - not a big fan of old carpet. Had a very good breakfast and staff was very nice.

I usually stay here when I travel for the Mississippi State football games. Good price, comfortable bed, great location in reference to shopping, dining, and interstate access. Breakfast is decent. Staff is friendly. The parking lot is very well lit.

We really appreciated the staff, very welcoming and helpful! Lots of things to do nearby, food options, parks, downtown area. My only complaint was the carpet/musty smell in the room. But I still give our overall stay 5 stars because it was a great price even with the pet fee!

I liked the area around Quality Inn. There were places nearby that I was able to see and I could have walked there if I wanted to. The overall stay was good. I enjoyed everything except the smell in the room. The room smelled of strong urine. I purchased Lysol spray and sprayed it heavily then left the room for about 30 minutes. When I returned the smell over powered the spray. We had to sleep all night in a room smelling like strong urine.

The sheets had finger nail clippings in them and there was no shower curtain. It was also very noisy with people slamming doors and a dog that barked a lot. Which made our dog bark. We could control ours

Check in was quick & easy. Staff (forgot her name) was very sweet. VERY impressed with the cleanliness of the room. This will be our new go to place to stay in Tupelo.
