Heat didn’t work it was cold but the gurl at the front desk changed out the room for me

Carpet was in terrible shape! Stained. Safe, as usual didn't open. Said battery low, and the woman at the desk didn't know how to change them. They are supposed to have them changed the next day, but that didn't happen. It's supposed to be a smoke free property, but people congregated outside the front door and on the sidewalk outside of rooms and had loud conversations late at night. Like they were hard of hearing. Not the greatest place to stay. Maybe I'll try somewhere else next time.

Our room smelled like mold. The carpet in the room was covered in stain. The air conditioner leaked into the room leaving puddles and likely causing mold. The area felt unsafe the noises at night kept the entire family awake. On a positive note, the breakfast was decent and the front desk lady was at least pleasant, even though she couldn't do much to help us with our room. Would never consider staying again.

They were playing music to loud in the parking lot so I couldn’t sleep. Shower had crack marks in the bathroom. The bed was so squeaky that when ever I moved there was a loud noise. When I first walked in I was not greeted, he had me standing there for awhile. The second person on shift never spoke when I walked by her. After getting my key card He never showed me which way to go to get to my room. Staff was very lackadaisical and not inviting at all. The sprinkler was hanging from the ceiling with damage around it. It probably been better to sleep in my car and save my $159.00. Never again will I come here again. Upon leaving the lady at the desk was friendly.

The only big issue was check-in and poor customer service skills he needs more training on how to conduct customer care and problem solving with patient and less attitude. The shopping center near by is amazing. The 24hr coffee complimentary was out of this world. We will be back and share with friends & family😙

The pool was closed. And that was the main reason why I chose that hotel. There was a metal prong sticking out of the socket in the bathroom. What a danger to my child should he be curious about what this is. The boxspring cover was out of place. It was clearly stained.

The room was clean however the bathroom was a bit dirty rust stains on the soap dish in the shower and mold on the shower curtains and flour mat had stains on it that didnt wash out good

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. It was Memorial Day weekend and I wanted to use the pool - pool was out of service. I just has foot surgery and needed ice and water. The ice machjine on the first floor was out of service. You had to go up to the 3rd floor to get ice. There were roaches in the room (see picture). I want a FULL REFUND.
