Pillow cases were a little dirty. The sink had hair shavings im assuming from previous people. Toilet was not as clean. Alrhough beds are very comfortable and quiet environment. Was nervous about rhe two men who knocked on my door asking for someone I didnt know. Excellent customer service from the staff.

The bathroom was filthy hair on the floor and it looked like it needs mopping and sweeping. The room held and odor and it took an hour for the air to kick in

The covering for one of the beds was burned or stained or something. The coffee pot didn’t work and leaks. And the hairdryer didn’t work. The handles were busted off the drawers to the dressers, but it was a smoking room and they allowed pets so we took it.

This was a scam. When I got into room it smelled as weed and sofá and carpet had blood stains, called front desk requesting change and lady started yelling at me saying I am I liar. Kept requesting change and she got more angry, ended up threatening me and I had to leave properrty. Made a claim to Expedia and they didnt refund my stay, Expedia and hotel are a scam. They gave me a $10 coupon, this is stupid

My experience with DAYS INN was memorable and not in a good way. Check-in was good. The room was not as clean as it should have. The seating was stained and not cleaned. The bathroom was dirty. They masked it like it was cleaned. I had to buy cleaning products to clean to room. I didn't trust that it was going to be cleaned again. The air conditioner was blowing molded air. I sprayed it coils twice to eliminate the smell. The towels were so dry. I believe that they had dry rotted. I know that the location was my choice. The one way in and one way out was a task. Construction in the area limited access to driving in the area. Nothing can be done by the company. Check-out was easy. I did not partake in the free continental breakfast. There were other restaurants in the area.

If I had known it was also an extended stay then I would’ve known better, but had no idea until I arrived. The room was so nasty, the remote was sticky, there was hair all on the bathroom floor and the toilet seat was broke. We ended up not even staying and just driving home.

Property was good, parking was a little bit cramped, but I was able to park in front of the hotel room door if I get back in time. I made the mistake of getting the right room, but besides that it was pretty well kept and quiet. Would go again.

The room was dirty,furniture was nasty,lughts didn't work,lights broken,dusty,toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall,grab bar in shower was broken.Bed was too high very dangerous. Front desk person checking in was very rude I had to ask where my room was.

Its dirty, the bed was not a green side bed , the floor is dirty, bathroom dirty, bed sheets are dirty, me and my wife have to go to Walmart to get clean sheets and towels to sleep on those bed we have no choices after a long drive from new Hampshire to georgia. The toilets seat no good, i dont recommend no human being go there ever, maybe homeless people could stay there or cracks head from georgia was not good for the money never again. Those pictures they poster online was not waht expect for my money and i was not happy for money..

Accidentally booked a smokies room and the manager quickly changed the room for me. The room was a little dated but was clean and tidy for the most part. The hotel was very convenient to local amenities and the facility I was traini g at.
