Staff was extremely friendly

2 night stay at the Just Hotel after arriving from Zurich by train so ideal as only a 10 minute walk as directly across from the station. We tend to walk everywhere but plenty of options nearby for metro or tram to get you about. If walking the Duomo is a steady 40 minute walk which is really straight forward and will enable you to see more of Milan than taking the metro. Hotel very nice, room excellent as having the faux concrete look was very cool which helps when hot(did have aircon). Breakfast is available but is in what I would call the basement so is quite soulless as having no windows etc. All the staff we saw were excellent and helpful

Not a four star hotel at all. They don’t give you hot water kettle, coffee machine in the room. The service is basic, should be a two or three star.

Property was clean and well maintained. It was also very close to the Milan train station

Hotel room was very functional and provides a lot of storage; ample amount of bathroom counter space. Concierge/ services was friendly and provided prompt room service when asked (e.g., for extra pillow, hangers).

No complimentary water, no slippers, not enough toiletries, no conditioner, bathroom smelled really bad, bathroom garbage bin wouldn’t open, pillows were hard.

I thought for the price this hotel may be too good to be true, but it was amazing! Lovely clean modern rooms and wonderful staff. Very close to the central train station. We had some strange alarms going off, but they stopped at some point.

Hotel was great, beds comfortable, place was clean and good location near the station. Just don’t come late to breakfast or there will be not much left and what’s will be cold and dried out!

Great hotel, very close to the central train station. Quiet and modern room. The bathroom ventilation was not working and so the room smelled very musty for most of our stay.

Rooms were a little tight, but overall adequate. The area by the train station can be a little noisy (there was an all-day festival event there one of the days we stayed), but quiet enough in the evenings. Walkable neighborhood, close to some great eats, and convenient transportation. Not many amenities to speak of, but it served the purpose we needed as a place to sleep and rest.

At first I was concerned about being so close to the railway station because of the unsavory characters that are known to hang around there. But everything was ok and I always felt safe because of the presence of police security. The hotel staff were nice and always smiling and helpful. The rooms had a modern feel. I loved the color combinations used in the rooms. I just think it was great and I recommend this hotel.
