Overnight shopping trip and get away. Excellent room and service. Very affordable....good value.

No elevator, this was not clear when I booked the room. I have mobility challenges. When I pointed this out i was not offered a first floor or tower room (where there was an elevator) or even help to get my luggage to my room. The mattress was way too soft and I was in extreme pain from sleeping on it by the end of my trip. The room was decent, staff were polite and helpful (aside from checkin as described above).

The health center is a joke 3 different exercise machines and the hottub is very small fits 3 max 4 peoples and it was not hot just warm

Very clean hotel, beds were super comfy, customer service was great, pretty quiet area even though downtown. Supper was not great from their restaurant. Ordered room service and got burned wings and bland ceasar wrap.

Didn’t appreciate the checkin staff saying guests’ room numbers aloud, which is a security risk. And no one from the staff walks the halls at night to make sure guests aren’t disturbing others.

We chose this hotel due to its close proximity to downtown and the wharf our fishing charter ran out of. We found the room was tight for four adults. The weather was quite hot and the rooms in the “tower” had no A/C. Parking, was shared with the neighbouring mall and sometimes difficult to find spots within the assigned areas.
The staff was great, and a lot of areas had been updated.
The breakfast was good but could use pancakes or waffle makers.
