hotel shows its age. Old carpets everywhere, bottom of toilet door show significant water damage, toilet paper holder is all rusty.
Bed was very comfortable and staff was nice, although scarce. Took a long time for check-in and check-out because a single person was working the front desk (On a weekend)

Stayed here last year as well. It is a very convenient location to the main street where all the restaurants are. The room is large and clean. The bathroom could use an upgrade there were quite the few dings on the door and the wall connecting the tub. Breakfast was "buffet" and for the price was pretty decent. Will probably stay here again

Very dated. Needs some refurbishments. Carpets need a deep clean
Bedroom cleanliness/maintenance needs attention. Housekeeping cleanliness good.its more dirty wallpaper, dirty carpets, dated fittings/furniture

We had a lovely weekend in Trois Rivieres visiting family. The service at check in was great. The staff member spoke English very well. She made check-in quick and easy. It was much appreciated after a long drive in the car. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, and the toiletries were much appreciated. The lobby and public areas were also clean and updated.

I liked the location. Walking distance to the boardwalk and restautants and miseums. You can easily the area without your car. The beds and linens were very comfortable. It is an older building but well maintained. Will definitely return

They made a discount because the pool was not working as well as the restaurant. In general is a very good Hotel

The rooms have pink carpet even in the dog friendly room., it was nasty. No ice available, the parking was under construction so I had to pay the municipal parking and we were not told about that ahead of time. We also offered us to drive around to find a free on the street parking. They could of at least offer to pay for the parking fee. No restaurants on site and the breakfast restaurant we were suggested was the worst place I ever went to.... I paid what is the standard price for a room in an hotel with service and this hotel should be shut down, never again will I go in this hotel chain
