Of all of the holiday inn express properties we have stayed at, this was my least favourite and most expensive. We could hear everything from other rooms. Then, the fire alarm went off at 1:00 am. Not sure if someone was pulling a prank, which wouldn’t be the hotels fault. The restaurant is was good.

I booked 6 room for a trip with 12 friends and reserved everything on my credit card. The Holiday Inn Express accepted everyone's individual credit cards for payment and charged them for the 1-night stay. They also charged my card $198/night for each of the 6 rooms. Upon calling to resolve the issue, the manager could not provide a legitimate explanation and said she would research it and get back to me. Two days later, I phoned the hotel again, and am once again waiting for a return call. I have $1200 in charges that should be reversed (should never have occurred in the first place) and I have been placed on the bottom of the Holiday Inn's priority list. Because of this, I would not recommend staying there, despite it being a nice hotel. Their accounting system and customer service is less than acceptable.

Clean and practical choice for a one night stay on our road trip. Not fancy but comfortable. We were pleased with the complimentary breakfast options and early morning hours.

The new remodel is fantastic! It feels like a brand new hotel.

We stay at this hotel just because we stay at other holiday inn in USA and we had good time but this one wasn’t great we all have been disappointed especially with breakfast lots of items was not available the towels was bit dirty and my son slept on sofa bed and his covers was dirty only one pillow for sofa bed

The pool area was too warm in the evening, I pulled two big bunches of hair out of the pool! The sheets were itchy tough to sleep. The toilet was noisy

After being on the road for over a week and staying in run down hotels it was such a relief to find this Holiday Inn on our way back home. Wonderful breakfast, very comfortable beds and great service. Loved the Dove soap in the bathrooms.

A little upgrade in the bathroom

The room was newly remodeled and very clean. There was a Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel but you have to go through the smokey casino to enter the restaurant. The fire alarm went off 2 times on our floor in the night, waking us up, due to an air conditioner issue the front desk person said. Overall good, clean stay, and would stay there again.

Second time staying in this small town and was way better than last time! Two small kids makes hotels hard. All went well and happy with the nights stay on the way to Lake Tahoe!

The hotel is the newest in the area, very clean and we felt safe as female travelers. Parking lot was well lit, interior hallways, and restaurant with fabulous Mexican food was connected to hotel. Also enjoyed complimentary breakfast buffet.
