this is a motel and my shower did not work so I had to find another place to shower. I went to another better location.
this should be considered a motel, not a hotel.

A good hotel. Very clean. Walls are a little thin and some noise outside in the early am. Decent breakfast. Responsive management

The employees were friendly and helpful; I won't knock them for that. My issue is the quality of the rooms. Everything had been cobgobbled together, a coat rack behind the bedroom door was hanging by one side, the window handle was missing, so they had a stick in the window slide to keep it "locked". It was just run down and janky AF. Insanely high water pressure though. Five thumbs up for that. I've been to worse hotels, but only one specifically that I can remember, and I'm 37 for reference.

This is an economy hotel, but it met all my needs as a traveler. My room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. All I needed was a place to sleep, so the fact that the room itself isn't fancy was fine with me. It did have a microwave and a mini-fridge, which I didn't use. The breakfast choices were minimal, but enough to give me a fast start to my day. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was surrounded by other commercial buildings on a main road full of shopping centers, stores and chain restaurants. It was the perfect location for my travel plans: five minutes away from the Canada Duty Free entrance to the Blue Water Bridge and five minutes away from Michigan's interstate highways.

We stayed there a month or so before this trip and all went very well. The only issue we ran into this time was that there was no hot water on the second night of our stay, and again the morning we left. Grabbing a shower in cold water is not something we like to do.

The person at check-in was very friendly. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. It looks like the hotel could use a few more updates. We only needed a room for a night so it served the purpose at a reasonable price.

Completely adequate for the price and purpose of visit. Traveling for work, 1 night stay. Arrived at 9pm, left before 7am. Front desk staff was wonderful, had waffles and coffee in the lobby for breakfast.

I was shocked at how many positive reviews this place has. It has been “remodeled” but literally the remodel is just painting over everything. Paint is already peeling both on the outside and inside of the property.
Our room was so dirty that I took my socks off and my feet were totally black by the time I got to the bathroom. Bathroom was moldy. Felt like there were crumbs in my bed? I’ve never experienced that ever at a hotel before. Leftover food in the fridge? I really don’t think our room was cleaned at all. The beds were made?
People were fighting and screaming outside of our room at midnight.
Terrible. Will never return.

It’s obviously an older property but has been kept up very well. Really appreciated the old-style outside entrance to the room. Other than a bathtub that’s seen better days, the room was great. Extremely comfortable beds!!

We really enjoyed our overnight stay in Port Huron. We loved how quiet it was. Although we didn't get to enjoy it, the courtyard was a very nice perk. Although an older hotel, the room was recently renovated and the beds were very comfortable. I liked that hotel staff was available 24/7 and tea and coffee were available 24/7 as well. One criticism I have is that I wished that the stairs leading up to the 2nd floor rooms were better lit. The person I stayed with has some vision struggles and he commented that some reflective tape on the stairs would make a huge difference. Other than that, it was great!

It was very deceiving in the pics. Dirty…cob webs… tiny tv….random door with a weird bench in front of it…. No shampoo or soap to be found… broken dirty tiles in bathroom
Not a pleasant stay. Won’t be returning .

Disappointed there was no table and chairs in the room, despite a space for one, or a place to hang clothes. Also, the room was far from dark at night, as there was a 6 inch gap between the drapes and window, letting in light from the outside lighting. No way to block the light as there were no hangers available in a closet.

Landing pad for rehab/court ordered temp housing and vouchers. Frequent drug use/deliveries and prostitution. Sketchy sales staff and surprise arbitrary pet and checkout!/check in fees. Stay away from here.
