We were roomed next to an extremely loud party of teenagers celebrating a quinceañera. We had to call the desk to speak to them about the noise which wasn't much better after that, and went on past midnight. The room had a musty or moldy smell too it. There was no regular coffee in the room, and they only stocked towels for 3 people when we reserved a room for 5. Oh and the pool was closed for renovations. Not worth the price. I would not go back.

The driveway for the property is blind both coming and going, especially bad during higher traffic hours. First time arrival, you will see the driveway before you're ready to turn. Leaving the property you will need to either, blindly turn right and climb the hill to a traffic light and make a u-turn or blindly take you life in your hands and make a left across two lanes of unseen traffic into two lanes of traffic coming down a fairly steep hill. I won't be staying again. It's too dangerous!

Exterior. Entrance in poor condition. Sidewalk and landscaping need maintenance. Interior. Bathroom are very old. Toilet is very low. Not standard height. I got knee muscle pain and I can’t walk properly because of the knee pain. Suggestion. Toilet to be replaced ASAP to avoid damaging the people knees. Also no toilet vanity and snide of barroom. You have to come out from bathroom to wash your hands 😩 Breakfast. website mentioned the breakfast is available but hotel staff said it is not included and didn’t provide breakfast. It is a catch with words available and included. Reception staff was good. I will not stay in this hotel because of the bathroom. This is my honest survey.

Staff was great....room was clean. Id give 5 stars except the room did smell kinda like raw sewage when we entered.....had to keep the bathroom door closed and open the balcony slider for a few hours.

I appreciate the front desk clerk. She had a lot going on due to 3rd party vendors booking rooms that they did not have. She was beyond stressed. Feom the looks of it, she was a one woman show. I give her KUDOS for pulling thru. The room wasn't really clean since there was hair from someone else in the shower. The pool was one of the main reasons we booked here was of course being renovated. I think it could have been stated on the website so we could have done something else. Fair

We enjoyed our trip. We had family functions that were 15 minutes away and very easy to get to! Thanks!
