We just had a quick overnight here during a road trip. It was the perfect place to crash: very clean and comfortable, good continental breakfast.

Very comfortable beds and pillows. Fridge was cold and air conditioning worked great. They offered free water and chips to us upon check in. The shower was a wonderful experience. Clean tub and bathroom! Definitely stay here again if in the area.

Booked through Expedia.. Check in & out was a breeze.. hotel smelled very clean, rooms were also very clean, staff were friendly & courteous, parking was free. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice and clean hotel. Hallway carpets and elevator could use updating. Nice staff. At breakfast, single plastic wrapped bread slices seams a bit odd. Would easily go back

Stayed here for two nights. Check in was smooth and clerk gave me a couple waters which was nice. When I went up to the room it smelled terrible. I went back downstairs and told the clerk and mgr and the mgr comes out with air freshener. I said no that won't do so they put me in another room. I kept getting questioned about what it smelled like as if maybe I wasn't being honest. I went to the next room (hotel was full so glad I could even switch) and much better except for a stain on the comforter. I took it off the bed and used the one from the closet. The beds were very comfortable. Unable to hear sound from bedrooms next to me but sure heard the upstairs guests and people out in the hall. Nice view across the street of a lake and there is a DQ walking distance from there. The breakfast had standard fare. Some of the pastries were expired which I let them know and the next day they were all fresh. When I checked out I mentioned the comforter and the mgr kept saying I should have told them. Not after the response the first time and not when I've been traveling all day. No compensation was offered which I don't like. They were nice and I wouldn't not stay again but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Had an issue with checkin. They had a storm the night before. The computer system was down. Had a wait till they got that resolved. Other than that. all was ok.

Check in was easy. The staff from the front desk to cleaning staff were very efficient. We needed special assistance because of handicap needs and they were very helpful. The breakfast was very good too because of the variety of food.

KIND The cleaning lady on the third floor was kind and extra helpful. Please give her a raise! : ) COMFORTABLE I usually bring my own pillow, but I didn't need to this time. The pillows and the bed were both very comfortable.

The employees were friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Our breakfast was good. Very comfortable stay. Beautiful view of the water from our King suite.

Great location near the airport but not so close that you hear planes all night. Clean with great amenities and staff.

The smell when walking in was overwhelming in a bad way (seemed like a rotten mop bucket had just been used). The price was way too high for the condition of the room. Beds were very uncomfortable, the door had previously been busted and wouldn’t even lock securely. The room was very loud and you could hear doors slamming all night long. Hardly anything for breakfast.
