The TV didn’t work needed resetting no one would help us. Did not give enough towels and hair dryer was tore up. They never came and fixed it. Never stay there again.

We didn’t feel secure there. The bathtub was so dirty we couldn’t use it. We got there late. Lots of people walking around outside. One person trying to bum cigarettes. Would never stay there again.

Broken lamps, all over the room, half the plugs didnt work, peeling leather on chairs, very cheap soap, old leaky shower head, coffee stained envelope for housekeepings tip loud rowdy groups that would randomly bang or knock on my door. But staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. And the apps just the topping since I can't even take pics to show.

The hotel is rundown. Our rooms paint was dirty. Our bathroom door would not close. It needs an overall touch up to make it look clean.

Water did not flow down the sides of the toilet so paper and vomit was stuck there all weekend (yeah, i had a bit much at rock the country). Had to jimmy the door to get the lock to latch. Why did the white towels have stains!? Could have fit a love seat or a couch in that room but only had a single chair so I stood while we ate.

Do not stay here!! The pictures misrepresent the property. I actually asked the desk clerk if it was safe. I also was supposed to get a non smoking room and when I told her I couldn’t sleep in it because I have asthma and it smelled of smoke her response was “they smoke in them sometime”. Crack heads on the steps. The smoke alarm kept beeping and the covers had dirt on them. The walls also had dead bugs on them. It was a nightmare. We left and went somewhere else and they still charged me a night. I have sent in a claim to try and get my money back. This was awful!!!!

The hotel was clean. The staff were pleasant. The location was exactly the distance from my sister's house that we wanted.
Waffle House was nearby and we wanted a bigger breakfast so that was great. Walmart right up the street.

Housekeeping didn't make our bed because they said a shirt was on it. When we came back, the shirt wasn't on the bed. We talked to the manager who spoke to housekeeping who accurately described the shirt. The shirt was hung up on the bathroom door hook. We didn't
put it there, so they lied about the shirt being on the bed, didn't make the bed and then hung up the shirt somewhere else.

I had issues at check in I was given a room that wasn’t clean bed was made and then was given a room with roaches but all in all they put us in a suite that was good about all of the issues could have been avoided if they checked their rooms out before the customer arrived long drives and flights nobody wants to go through that but the staff was very nice

Great price and no extra fees for my dog! The room was good and the night life was quiet. The bed was really comfortable, too! Clean room and friendly staff!

The room was dirty, it lacked supplies, they painted the bathroom and didn't use a dropcloth, the bathtub was a horror show. The only clean thing in the bathroom was the new shower curtain. It was supposed to be a non smoking room and it definitely wasn't. I asked to be moved and the desk clerk said that I had to wait until the morning. I felt like I slept in an ashtray. The manager the next morning wanted to move me to a room upstairs, give her some credit, but by that time I had had enough and made other arrangements. I was grateful to Hotels.com because they released me from the 5 day stay and I paid for one night only.
