I hate interconnecting doors. Unless you are sharing that door with someone else. In this case I should have been as I made two bookings. I don’t understand why they didn’t do it. With those doors, noise and cooking smells travel. You could hear people clicking off lights!
Receptionist was friendly and helpful.
Property was very easy to get to and useful being literally above the Lille Westfield.

Very enjoyable stay the entire property was very clean and the apartment had everything you needed on it.

Nice location- Friendly stuff- good price- very near the Eurostar terminal which is the best. Next to big shopping centre and Carrefour ( big supermarket)

This is one of the best places we've stayed for a great price
Within 5 minutes walk of the center of Lille, close to both the normal and TGV train stations and a big shopping mall
The staff were brilliant in answering my emails over parking
The room was spotless and it's great to have the (small) kitchen area with everything including a dishwasher !
Definitely worth more than 5 stars if you're visiting Lille
Just be careful on Google Maps as it suggested the road
the hotel is on (Willy Brandt Avenue) was closed when it wasn't - This is where the hotel staff emails were particularly brilliant !

Very good space for families. Our doorbell and dishwasher didn’t work. Not the place to stay in real heat as the rooms were very hot with no aircon. Fans were not enough. Rooms weren’t cleaned every day and no cleansing products in room to clean up bathroom and kitchen. Nice to have the kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Location can't be beat, parking was very secure and reasonable price, staff were lovely. Only shame is that the property is well behind on its upkeep. There was obvious mould in the bathroom, peeling paint, poor caulking and such. All easy things to fix that would make the place so much higher quality!
