Bed was soiled with stains. Must have been previous pet stay unnoticed. Housekeeping was rude by knocking on the door sounding off my dogs on the daynof checkout at 9 am.
Coffee machine was broken. No, mcCoffee at mcbaymont.

The only real issue i had was finfing a roach in my bathtub. I removed it and flushed it.

I have stayed there many times. The condition of the hotel has really gone down. It needs so much work. And there are roaches. We had a 6 night stay, left after two days.

My only disappoiontment was at breakfast since the pancake machine was not working😩

I drove half the day and checked in the hotel hoping to get some rest. In the evening the men in the next unit were hanging outside talking, laughing and using a lot of profanity, loudly. The evening desk clerk joined them, using foul language, as well. I turned the TV volume as high as it would go and couldn't drown them out. The next moring I went to the office and asked to be moved to another room. The clerk checked and said the men were checking out that day. In the evening, the same thing. I found the clerk and asked if the morning clerk lied, she said the men checked back in. I told her I can't get any rest and she said she cant control what the guests do outside. I said Ok, I'll call the police. Then she went and talked to the men. Terrible customer service. It didnt help that the mattress had two depressions with no support. I am a Wyndham reward subscriber but may have to stop. Baymont used to be decent hotels compared to other Wyndham units like Days Inn.

Place didn’t look like the pictures posted. There was no hot breakfast except a pancake machine. When I asked where all the food was they told me that every time the workers come in early and eat it all. Ok fine, then supply more food for the people who come in after 7 am. Ridiculous!

Very clean facility, bed, bathroom, no stains or anything, hot water, fridge, outside and in all very presentable. Staff friendly and welcoming. Will definitely use this place again in the future.

The property and grounds were clean. The room was very comfortable and the staff was great. The reason I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness was that the were a couple of small bugs. Aside from that everything was Great

Sadly the age is showing at this location.
From the simple things like lamp shades and clothes hangers broken, very load air conditioning units to disregard of maintenance of bathrooms and poorly fitting doors.
The digital TV would only tune 3 stations with all others extremely pixilated or just freezing on an image.
The property needs a serious remodeling to be able to justify the cost per night.

We had 2 rooms and roaches were in both rooms. Informed front desk and they didn't seem to be concerned.

The room was dirty, there were roaches all around the floor and it was disguisting. After going to the front desk they were nice enough and agreed to refund my money but it has not hit my account yet.

The room was dirty. Refrigerator leaked water. Bathroom had black mold and fan was falling off ceiling. Apple juice and Coffee maker In breakfast room both dispensed water not coffee or juice. Floors in room were filthy and turned our socks black. Tv kept freezing.

Roach infestation. The bed was comfortable. But otherwise, minimal choices for breakfast and there were random hairs on my towels. Not impressed at all. I checked out after the first night.

Amanda is the most welcoming and respectful hotel staff I've encountered in all my travels across the country. I would definitely recommend this hotel compared to others in the Muscle Shoals area. She's always accommodating and makes sure guests are well taken care of when they stay at her hotel. 10/10

Cable didn't work the whole time we were there (4 days). This made traveling with a child very inconvenient. We were told at check in that it would be on the next day but even when we checked out it didn't work. We also watched a drug deal go down in the middle of the day. Random people would knock on the door. All hours of the night people were talking outside my door. Definitely won't be staying here in the future.

We had reserved a room with a roll-in shower as shown on the website. We did not get a roll-in shower and I don't even think this hotel had any roll-in showers.

We reserved a non-smoking room. Our first room was clearly smoked in recently. We were able to move rooms but the second smelled of stale smoke also.

A ton of bugs inside the hotel room. Cracked floors, bathroom vent broken and hanging from the ceiling. Shower was broken and squirting water out on to the ceiling. Room was in rough shape. Staff were nice, ac was great.

Room I checked in the tv did not work and it too over an hour to get some help because he forgot. Couldn't get it to work so we changed rooms but the room I got was smelly so we changed to another room that was smelly as well. He said that the smell would go away after the AC unit ran awhile but the AC unit didn't work properly so instead of switching to yet another room, I just stuffed it out. Would not stay there again.

Good little blue collar inn. Out of town contractors, and discount room seekers. No frills, a little shabby, but the room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Appears a little sketchy outside, but it is a motor lodge- had no problem with other guests at all. Pool was green. Free breakfast was all you need to fill a hole, the folks that managed the inn and the employees were all very nice and accommodating. Definitely worth the price! We would stay there for under a $100 a night any time! We stayed three nights.

There were multiple types of bugs in our bed so we changed room. New room appears to be clean but glass in window is broke.

The television went out a couple times and it took a while for it to come back on, and the pool is was not working so we couldn't go swimming
