The room smelled,especially the bathroom. Requested another room and the owner insisted that we leave. He directed us to leave and find another hotel. The wi fi service did not work so i could not use the hotel ap. I was left to wander the town with my luggage searching for an internet connection. Finally 4 hours later i managed to book a wonderful hotel for a lot less money. He actually did us a favor.

The bed was Comfortable, although there was no room darkening shades, so it was pretty bright in the morning
They had a nice kitchen, but we did not use it. The counters we had to clean off, as it felt like there was crumbs, etc., on them.
All in all for the price, it was a decent place to stay

It was so great staying there But early in the morning, one Night there was a party above our room. It seems there should be someone there too ask them to be quiet, except for that. It was great.

Then at 7am there was a guy using a leaf blower on the property, and there were no leaves in sight so no idea as to the purpose of that inconvenience. This was a really cool place and I’d love to come again, there was a really nice vibe here, I’d just like to be able to sleep in for the price of the room.

This was a very old, run-down, smelly motel.
The blankets were damp, the bed wan sunken in and the vibe was just weird.

Rooms were all updated. Property was immaculate and pool was wonderful. Owner was very friendly and warm! Great place to stay in Montauk.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Cute courtyard area and pool. Rooms could be entered from the courtyard side or parking lot side. Doors are accessed with a code which was handy for a family of 4.

Marina is working distance to restaurants. Hopper bus picks you up in front and takes you town.
