Frequently there was no one at the front desk. It appeared there we some people living full time in the hotel. Breakfast was very limited. Room was pretty clean and pretty quiet.

We appreciated the value for a last minute stay. The room was clean however I didn’t notice until much later when we went to bed that the sheets had a bit of a sour smell. Not the fresh, I know they’ve been bleached smell. So made for a restless night. Everything else was clean though.

It was a quick overnight stop. Location was close to the Premium outlets. Breakfast service was not good due to lack of selection. The early birds take all the best items, and then nothing left for others. I also did not like the fact that the room is equipped with nothing, and you need to take inventory of what you need and ask for it (shampoo; body wash; plates; glasses; etc..) - very inconvenient.

I like that it was very quiet nice area very accommodating on a last minute room also I like the fact that they do not take no deposit they only take your credit card information in case something gets damaged

Great hotel. Very good value, amazing staff very friendly. Only issue was the first room i booked, smelled just a little bit of smoke. On my second stay the room had no issues.

There was no way I was placing my head on the pillow and in that room. Unimpressed. The receptionist was very nice and said that she would issue me with a refund after I contacted Hotels.com

The area around the place was dark and felt unsafe, people hanging around the parking lot.
Staff was unhelpful we called the front desk to ask if they could bring up toilet paper there wasn’t any in the restroom and they said we could come get it ourselves.

We didn’t like the roaches inside the room as well as the spiders…poor lighting, restroom door difficult to open and close and the shower faucet needs attention..

Just made a review of the other one in chabot. I should have come here and ate the higher cost for a peace of mind instead. My overall 2 experiences in this place was great! Front desk was kind enough to set the expectation of bugs being common in places like this but so far theirs is one of the cleanest I've been to! Only downside is electric stove doesn't run hot enough for most cooking. Took me an hour almost 2 to sear a steak.
