This hotel was undergoing outside renovations which involved painting by crews from 9-6 daily. The exterior was covered with plastic and guests were told to close the curtains all the time for privacy. I received an email about this the day before I arrived, too late to make a change in hotels without financial penalty. There were no kind guest perks to make up for the inconvenience of this awkward work and less than convenient change of entrance. Perhaps a gift bag of bottled water and pretzels or snacks or free morning coffee would go toward customer good will. Instead the only water sold was $8 a bottle and morning coffee was Starbucks pricing.

It was not a clean hotel room. The a/c is from the last century and does not cool the room efficiently. We had to turn it down to 61 to cool the room down so we could sleep. We also booked a room for 4 but it only had 1 bed and a single pull out couch. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It was excellent. Would like to recognize Dan (believe he is a supervisor) as he checked me in. I was a little early, but he was very welcoming, and helpful. He really helped make the stay exceptional.
