Worst place to stay the room was next to the gym and you could hear loud banging all night since the gym is open 24 hours , the refrigerator did work , so all my food was spoiled, very uncomfortable bed!

The overall stay was very good. I enjoyed staying there.
The negative things are they dont provide youbwith complimentary water bottles upon your arrival. Atleast for the 1st day, the water bottles should be provided.
They also don't refund the security deposit. Upon asking, they said that its already refunded upon check-out and asked me to check with my bank.
I didn't face this issue with other hotels.

Friendly hotel. Good breakfast. Window shade fell off & it took 3 calls: morning, afternoon & evening until someone came to repair. Then someone else came the next morning!

Great location with many shops and restaurants nearby, free and easy parking, very clean and modern, and the breakfast and coffee are delicious. I highly recommend it.

The staff at the Hyatt Secaucus could not have been better. The breakfast was an average hotel breakfast. The only reason for the rating of four stars was that the noise level of some of the other guests was pretty high.

I choose this property because in the advertisement said that it has a pool, when I got there to my surprise there was no pool, very disappointed. Otherwise, very safe, plenty parking spaces, free breakfast, quiet peaceful place.
