We stayed here due to its location & shuttle to the airport. Room was clean but pretty beat up and in need of new cabinets and bathroom sink. I called 3 times to confirm there would be shuttle service. No one ever told me that I needed to reserve a time for the shuttle when I called. Thus this did cause an issue & we ended up taking an Uber to make sure we got to the airport on time.

My room was 220 and the sink in the bathroom was not draining and the beds had bugs that I killed very up set because I drove 6 hours to go there

Our first room had bed bugs. We had to be moved late at night with 2 sleeping kids. The hallways were full of trash. It is dark everywhere in the hotel.

Each time we stay the condition of the hotel goes downhill. The room smelled musty and not as clean as it could be. The carpet on the stairways was very dirty.

After using this hotel for the past ten years when coming to Omaha for business I think I'm going to have to find new accommodation. A few minutes after entering my room someone else with a key opened the door. They then closed it and I put on the safety lock. I tried to phone the front desk but the phone was disabled. I used my cell phone to call and the attendant apologized saying it was probably one of the staff looking for a place to lie down. But it was disconcerting. Added to that was the room was very smelly - I suspect it is a room used by staff. It was a very uncomfortable stay.

Wallls had holes in them ceiling water stains bathroom sink all cracked and broke shelf in bathroom pulling down. Holes all over room not fixed in Hallways giant holes in ceiling where you can see up in vents and wires. Needs to be fixed a lot

We waited an hour when we flew into Eppley. We called the shuttle # and the hotel # probably 20 times and no-one would pick up the phone. Won't be staying there again.

The hotel smelled funny but the room and bed were comfortable. I was unaware the shuttle stopped at midnight so I had to find a way to hotel… only reason I chose this hotel was the shuttle so maybe that little fact should be listed on this website where I booked

My room was dirty. The sink water didn’t drain you had to wait a while until it went down and also no one cleans under the beds. House keeping doesn’t clean right.
