Not a great stay. Hallway was noisy and it felt like the door was wide open as far as the noise level. Bed was poor quality, lumpy and I tossed all night. Would not stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, but were very upset when the pool unexpectedly closed on the first day of our visit and never reopened. We had 6 children and 2 mothers that were sorely disappointed that they were not able to end their fun and exciting days with some fun in the pool.
The gas station across the street was also a very noisy establishment at all hours of the night, which was frustrating when you are trying to sleep.
The guestroom bathrooms could also use some updating, fixing and cleaning.

Chantelle was so sweet and just amazing! Every customer she helped she was just the sweetest! I smiled the whole as I watched her help the two customers before me and she worked with them!
Now….the pool area….absolutely disgusting! The smell was putrid! It was so offsetting that I wanted to leave immediately but I had my niece and nephews with me so that’s what kept me there. The hot tub I would not get back in, I could see a film of filth just circulating around…disgusting. The pool was freezing, I couldn’t even swim with my niece and nephews because of the temperature. I understand that is been used etc but that smell was very bitter of off putting!
I couldn’t believe myself when there wasn’t a vending machine anywhere! I had my niece and nephew excited and met with disappointment, I had to go across the street to the gas station.
Lastly, breakfast. Overall it was good but the orange juice was pretty much water, the salt and pepper was difficult to find, and the pancake maker was not consistent with the size of pancakes. Overall I’d give this stay a 4/10.
The amazing customer service by Chentelle and the comfortable beds saved this from being a 0/10

Convenient location with easy parking. Desk staff was kind. The whole hotel smelled gross and the breakfast was lacking. The room was ok, a little rundown but tidy and the bed was comfortable.

Close to airport hotel, so gets a lot of use but needs maintenance! First room we were assigned air was not working correctly and air coming from unit smelled horribly. Desk person was VERY nice. She brought different room keys to us. 2nd room, air was cold, but unit smells, bed and or mattress was broken down. Condition of hotel is in need of repair. We paid $120.00 for a $60.00 room. Sad, Best Western has always been our go to. 2nd Best Western recently we were unhappy with. Moving on to something different.

I missed my flight and wasn’t able to check in early bc they had a full house as well as storm damage. It was understandable but still unfortunate. My key cards often stopped working but that was an easy fix. Overall pretty good stay though. Room was nice, big, and clean and the jacuzzi was great. Loved that there was an airport shuttle !

For a Best Western Plus there wasn't a lot of plus. Carpets, bedding, bathrooms are very dated. Breakfast ends at 930 am which is not great for an Airport location as travellers have staggered hours. The big plus was the shuttle bus driver. She was really welcoming and helpful. Night staff was excellent as well. We had an issue with the TV and she came up right away and was lovely during check-in. Nice to be greeted at 12 am when exhausted by such a friendly professional person.

I liked the convenient location to the airport and shuttle service to and from the airport. The daily breakfast was well stocked with a nice variety of hot and cold options. The eating area was clean and both TV and morning papers were offered. The room amenities were very nice; coffee, TV, pool, and exercise room. I had a very nice and comfortable experience at Best Western Plus Airport and will stay there again.

The rooms were clean but smelled musty and the bathroom ceiling was covered with black mold and there was also black mold in the corners of the bathtub and on the floor in bathroom. Carpets were dirty enough they turned my feet black. Room just felt damp. Front desk was very friendly. Not enough parking so we had to park in another hotel parking lot. Beds comfy but rooms definitely need some help with the mold and musty smell.

Very nice hotel. I needed to sleep as 4am airport check in was important. The room above me had a person in it that heavily pased back and forth all night long causing me to get no sleep. Sad no sound proofing.

The room was "damp" - like the carpets were wet & the whole room was humid (room 104). The staff was amazing though when my granddaughter got sick during the night & needed new bedding
