Taxi station outside the hotel building not charging right. The host girl working together with taxi drivers to collect more money from customers by giving higher prices

The breakfast was terrible. Cold eggs and other items that should've been served hot. The shower water changed temperature from cold to very hot on it's own.

My stay was excellent besides on the first three days that we arrived. We were given a room on the 3rd floor, where they have the events halls and the noise, music was like it was inside the room. It was imposible to rest on week days until past Midnight and on Saturday until past 2:00 AM. The room is very bad situated!!!

Need sound wall insulation, could hear everything neighbor doing everything on the side.. even using bathroom:
The fee of an extra 100 per person each night is ridiculous, could rent Airbnb and bring whoever..breakfast,gym and staff was amazing

We had a fantastic stay at Dan Carlton Medellin. The staff is truly exceptional. Every team member is professional, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home.
I've tried other newer hotels in Medellin, but I always find myself returning here because the service is unmatched.

Dan Carlton Medellin is not a happy place, I talked to other guests and staff that agree.
I moved to another hotel.
I will never stay at any Dan Carlton again.

The hotel was great overall, with comfortable accommodations and excellent service. However, the internet was a major issue as it barely worked, constantly disconnecting, making it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, the TV in the room didn’t function properly and wouldn’t connect to the internet, which meant we couldn’t access Netflix or other streaming services. This was quite inconvenient and disappointing.

Amazing hotel I go to medellin often and the people at the hotel are extremely professional always accomodating and the place is super super clean everyone is fantastic I am coming back in deciembre I go to medellin approx 4 times per year and I only stay here. I highly highly recomend this hotel

I dislike the connected rooms. The doors are very thin and make for a weird stay listening to people’s conversations and music.
