We always stay there when we go to Davenport ...it's all ways our to go hotel...always clean and friendly staff...and u can't beat the price...it's great for us even though we are not in our room that much...i would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean hotel at a reasonable price....

Very dirty the owner had the nerve to hold 150 on my credit card for deposit this trash hotel charging 150 is hilarious .was very rude .

The room was clean, the staff was very kind. The toilet should of been taller and we should have asked for a first floor room because my husband was handicapped.

Hotels.com AND Expedia each reserved two ACCESSIBLE rooms(the facility only has TWO) so I initially was denied - the staff went out of their way to accommodate me - minor problems with room - TV didn't work until 3rd repair attempt, room floor wasn't clean, shower never git better than lukewarm, and cleaning crew came into room ONLY to take "privacy" sign off the inner doorknob and place it on the outer doorknobs - no cleaning or restocking...

The owner stole money from my credit card. I knew he was going to do it but there was nothing I could do. The owner is very dishonest and will steal if you give a card. Room was totally paid for when we arrived. Still demanded an incidental hold for 3 times the room rate. Promised it wouldn’t be charged if no damage and no smoking. Didn’t refund the full amount like promised. Dishonest and rude.
That’s just the start. The rooms and smell is even worse than the owner stealing money from us.
Stay anywhere else in Iowa before spending a penny here. Disgusting!
