The staff was amazing and very accommodating, the building itself can use a light touch up/renovation, but overall excellent experience and will definitely be staying there again!!

If you like a quiet place to stay this is a perfect one, however if you like to walk around to see stores, restaurants and enjoy a coffe shop you are a little far away. Most people in the hotel are very kind however the breakfast buffet could be better, but I have not problem if I have to stay there again.

Desk staff wasn’t the best. Employee looked too plain and lacked customer service. Hotel elevator wasn’t working but desk employee never mentioned anything about it; instead she assigned us a third floor room. We had to find out by employee walking us to our room about the broken elevator. Not Good!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and down on an open veranda overlooking the pool and gardens. It is an older hotel and that shows, but I would stay there again.

This property is old and run down. It’s centrally located to everything, but the hotel itself is really really run down and dirty. Our bed was extremely uncomfortable, the carpet was dirty and stained, the bathroom’s doors were dirty and moldy. The elevator wasn’t working and apparently hasn’t been working for months now. We will not be coming back.

Service (people) is great, but rooms heavily outdated, lighting, A/C…No hot water in the morning and weak shower stream, poor drainage. Elevator not working. Great location which is what you mostly paying
