I have no complaints about our stay, the hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Establishment is a bit outdated but if that doesn't bother you, this was a great place to stay. The staff I interacted with were both helpful and friendly.

The mini blinds were broke, so anybody could look in the windows. The heat didn’t work. The staff was rude really didn’t want to stay there, but nobody else had a room for that night.

Pool heater didn’t work. Drinking water problem, but they compensated with water bottles. Allot of noise all night in room above, kids up all night. Think about a kids curfew

Big room with two double bed with lot of room to walk & store luggage. Very clean and neat. But shower was not good, it is very old and not adjustable.

I would rate this property an "adequate". It provided a place for us to sleep and prepare for our next day of travel.
It is definitely showing it's age with few updates through the years, but it was clean, and supplied everything we needed, so I have no specific complaints.
The desk staff was friendly and helpful.
The beds were creaky, and there was a loud mechanical sound a couple of times late at night. My daughter asked if there were trains on the roof, lol. But these did stop before we went to bed and we were able to sleep without interruption.
We were only there for one quick night, so I didn't get to use any of the amenities, but it was nice that there was a lending library and wii games available to play.

I was told that they had food available. There is absolutely no food no snacks no breakfast no nothing we went from Saturday to Sunday no breakfast. Then I was told that they do breakfast on Monday in the summer off-season one would think they would do breakfast on the weekend?

The staff was courteous, pleasant and supremely helpful! The heated pool was absolutely wonderful! The only downside was a cramped (size) sauna and the absence of an exhaust fan in the bathroom. But overall it was a blessing!

No fuss, no luxury. All the basic needs met. Place is clean and well kept. Retro look form the glorious 70s ski lodge.

Enjoyed the stay. Check in was very easy, they had the reservation printed and waiting from Expedia when we walked in. Clean room, friendly desk staff, reasonable price for the area compensating for lack of continental breakfast and dated facility. Generally quiet location. Would stay again if in the area.

Uncomfortable beds staff is lazy sleeping instead of doing there jobs maybe good during ski season but a bad experience for those in there off season complimentary breakfast only during ski season is a smack in the face to those that rent during orher seasons wont recommend and wont make the mistake of booking here again.... dont waste your money
