Friendly staff & maintenance. After a long day of travel we wanted to watch a movie. It took close to 2 hours before the tv was functional. When you spend 200-plus, you kind of expect to be in a room with a TV.

There was broken glass on floor behind our door, the door stop in bathroom was also broken. While these things dont amount to much they do indicate that the room isnt as thoroughly cleaned as I would expect. Additionally, our tv was iffy. The tech came and fixed it and was kind. But the cord needs replaced it had a bad connection throughout the weekend and needed wiggled. Our floor smelled of marijuana all weekend.

I booked this hotel because of proximity to highway and eating options. Check in went fine but room smelled heavy of smoke. Pillows and linens smelled of smoke. Room could have been cleaner.

Front desk staff went above and beyond with a reservation issue, handled it professionally, efficiently and most importantly very pleasantly. Breakfast was very good for the price point. Room was comfortable and very clean. Would happily stay here again.

Overall this Hampton Inn is fine. The property is clean and well maintained. We had a few small issues during our stay. First, there were difficulties with issuing the keys (the hotel had been having technical problems). Late in the evening we heard someone trying to e tee our room with their key - I don’t know if they were accepted dentally assigned our room or just mistaken. Then we heard dogs yapping at a couple of points doing the night from another room. These are circumstantial issues only. Beyond this the rooms are clean and comfortable - the only thing I dislike is the coffee maker (the type that brews coffee with tea bag-like things rather than a Keurig machine. This is the one thing the chain could improve on.

Room was very clean and seemed new. I didn’t sleep good in the bed. I tossed and turned all night but my wife slept ok. Breakfast was ok. Potatoes were warm. But the people working were excellent.

Friendly staff, modern updated decor and clean room. The lobby has a great selection of snacks/convenience meals to purchase including some healthy selections. I have many food sensitivities and it is often difficult to find a suitable snack, especially in a hotel lobby! Although I did not eat at the breakfast buffet, it had a nice variety of items as well. I will definitely stay here again. i highly recommend this hotel!
