Beds were comfortable, bathroom was very clean, could use another chair in the room and room 222 could use some WD40 for the bathroom door, has a bad squeak, other than that….. Great Overall Hotel, Staff was very nice as was the lady who prepped the breakfast……

Request our room to be serviced every other day and we never had it once. We had to request towels. Breakfast was horrible. Would not stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay except for 2 issues. Issue number 1. Our room had a portable AC with a hose attached to the window. Window was half open with duck tape holding the hose. Tape was not sticking to the window anymore making all the cold air come inside the room. It was freezing at night even with the portable heater being on. Also, we were looking forward to going inside the indoor pool and it was out of service. When I asked the clerk if they give some type of credit for next time for the pool being out of service she looked at me like I was crazy. Aside to this room was not bad at all.

Stayed 2 separate times. 1st night was great. 2nd night was just ok. They gave us a room that had a portable AC and it was really stuffy. Carpet seemed more worn in the 2nd room. The good thing is there are a lot of food options in the area.

The property was well maintained though homeless do hang out in the back behind te dumpsters. Room was very clean and staff were great though.

The bathroom needs some deep cleaning, maybe move some things off the sink and clean behind stuff, big pieces of hair and dust behind the tissue box, corners of the baseboards dirty, underneath the sink floor was dirty as well.

Stay was good. Took a while for the room to cool but once it was cool it was fine. It was hot outside. The continental breakfast was adequate and the person working in the dining area was really nice and helpful.

Whathey had to offer was kind ok skimpy and when it was getting closer to the end time they stop replenishing the food items whixh is a big turn off as everyone knows especially on the weekends that most of your people sleep in and come down to eat in tje last hour even last half hour and alot of people walked away disappointed.
They can add a few items as other hotels of this caliber have that i have seen i.e. bisquiys and gravy, bacon, pamcakes, hashbrowns. Lets fave it its a boring breakfast on the hot side with just scrambed eggs and sauage and a waffle maker. I would may the extra $5 to go accross the parking lot to the other hotel and get these items. I chose this hotel because the sraff is much friendlier and inviting if they can get their breakfast together it would be my first choise... hint hint get it together guys....

We stayed here because we had a family wedding to attend. The room was great. Bathroom is big. Unfortunately the A/C was getting worked on but the hotel provided portable A/C units and it worked great. No complaints there. Overall we loved our stay.
