Locations and convenience of everything was wonderful. Staff was very kind and thoughtful. The daily and nightly entertainment was a big win as well. The only issue we had was the beach thatch setups. They have very few and it’s first come first serve. Be prepared to wake up at 4 am to get one or pay 50$/day for an umbrella. Everything was above my expectations👍 wonderful vacation

For a quick get away, i would stay at that property. The food was not good. However, they did of restaurants across the street. I was not able to go to the pool because i did not get up at 7am to hold chairs. All of my time was on the beach.

The toilet was not flushed when I entered the room. The floor was wet throughout every time I showered. The ceiling had condensation from the bathroom to the balcony. I was told it was because I had the room temperature too high but I never experienced this in the over 25 years that I had been traveling. The balcony door was extremely hard to open and close. The safe was broke and I had to call for maintenance to fix it. Everything should have been handled prior to my check in.
The front desk was accommodating but the room was not up to par!

Property needs to be upgraded not very modern. Room furniture old fashioned. Lobby and bar furnishings heavily used and old fashioned. Drinks served in flimsy paper cups, not luxury at all.

I planned a trip through Expedia for me and 2 friends to stay at Barcelo. Before the trip, one of my friends was not able to make it. I let the hotel know as soon as we got there and again during the visit and again when we were checking out. I was told I had to go to Expedia and then they will get with the hotel on a potential refund. The hotel DENIED a refund even though there were only two people that stayed. I am not happy with the service. The food at the buffets need to be better too.

I hope the Hostess at the KYOTO RESTAURANT would treat everyone respectfully in the future equally and be nice and kindly to all the Customers.

Everyone one related to the Barcelo was friendly and so hospitable. I made a solo trip and it was so relaxing and beautiful. I absolutelybe returning thank you for a great making my first visit to Aruba amazing

Liked - Accommodations; peacefulness; walkability; pool and pool bar. Could do better with options at buffet restaurants, like changing what is available each day vs. having the same food offerings over and over. Food at special dinning options was so-so, but acceptable. Italian was best.

What? I didn't like the room that was given to me at first. You can smell mold. They took me to another room because they'll smell the moon in the room. The third room that was given to me. They put me in a room on the other side. No facetowle's no giant tails had to call them about 5 or 6 × 2 get some kind of response. After that, the manager director of the hotel in the colony. Only thing that they did give me basically accommodated. Me for was to check out at one o'clock instead of 12 clock
