It was okay for just a cheap overnight, but definitely a little iffy. It's in an odd place and people were very noisy all night. The room smelled like old cigarettes and only one bed had a comforter, which had holes in it.
Overall the room seemed clean, but there were cigarette burns on the tub.

It was clean but the air-conditioning unit was not working. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
The surrounding area is not very attractive. But it's only a short drive to good food and city event spaces as well as the University of Dayton.

Took 4 times back and forth to get a keycard to open the room. Only two towels in the room. No hand soap. I had to go buy some. Asked the hotel and they had none. I tried to find another hotel but I was stuck. Everything booked. I asked for more towels she gave me one hand and bath towel. The floor hadn’t been swept in days.
The worst part had to be when I was laying in bed on Saturday 9/21/24 at 11pm and worked up to pounding on the door. I looked out the peep hole and it was an employee from the front desk. He said I needed to go now to the front desk and show my ID. Because no one was assigned to this room. It made no sense. I called the front desk and said I was in bed and woken up like that. Very scary. I asked why would I need to come down there and he had no reason. I’m planning on contacting Red Roof inn HQ. Very very disappointing!

Lots of dust and dirt. Vents were corroded. Tub had moldy grout. AC unit was ancient, noisy and did not cool the room.

I went to the front desk and was told they were still installing dispensers and was handed a cup of hand soap and a cup of shampoo. This was the closest available motel to UD so we roughed it for a night. Won't be doing that again.

The staff was very unpleasant. They were not kind about my service animal. The AC was very weak and noisy, but we couldn't change rooms without fees. We could not get an accessible room for our handicap child. The furniture was stained and the bathtub didn't drain well. The carpet was wet in some places, we had to put towels down. The staff was entirely unsympathetic, offering no accommodations or discounts for the discomfort. Frankly they were too busy hanging out in the parking lot smoking weed with their friends to care about their guests. In addition it was a terrible location, VERY VERY noisy.

Older place. Room was clean but air didnt work well, so it was a warm sleep. TV was smashed but I understand it was a discounted room for that reason. Whatever… we just needed a place to sleep for the night and it was fine.

The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean. The facility was barely working. The air conditioner was old and worked marginally. The cable TV didn't work. The area was industrial, but close to the University of Dayton by several blocks. It was probably good for the price.
