There were no glasses, etc in the room.
The breakfast consisted of coffee and a small muffin, to go.
Really think it would look much
Better with brighter lighting. The halls are dark and the outside could look brighter also.

I reserved two rooms for October 11, one wasn't bad but the other was terrible. The room smelled like "burned asperges" the walls were covered with hand prints, the was no shower curtain and the bathdub wouldn't empty out. There was a water leak over the sink. Night clerk claimed they didn't hane anyother other rooms available. She did what she could to clean the room but it was late and we had 2 small children with us. My husband said he would call the hotel management and air our concerns. Poor room and will not ever go to this hotel again.

Was a bit concerned when a coustumer came to the front desk and stated tha room they were assigend had an occupant. That was not the case for us. Room was clean, but tub drain was rusty looking. Some things looked dated. breakfast was limited to packaged food and oakmea. Staff was friendly.

Check in went easy. Room was good. We stayed 9 nights but the room was cleaned not even 1 time. We had to go to front desk with used towels to get clean ones and to ask for soap. The hotel itself is very well situated with a lot of restaurants and shops around.

Nonsmoking room, yet smells like an ashtray and had cigarette ashes in the window sill. No doubt the stench seeped into the suit I had to wear for a wedding in the morning. I purchased a wall plug-in from Walmart to help mask the odor and am kepg the window cracked for fresh air. It doesn’t help much as the room is way past being recoverable. It’s time to gut the room and remodel this crap hole. A day after getting home my daughter's eyes are red and irritated.

Also - bring something to keep you warm because their idea of a blanket/comforter is a textured top sheet. So all we had was two top sheets. Add the super uncomfortable mattress and pillows and you’re saying “there’s no place like home” in short order.

The property is just meh - there is nothing special about it, the rooms are relatively clean but certainly not comfortable, everything is dated and dingy, plus even the non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke. Will not stay again.

Coffee urn empty in the morning with no one at the service counter to inquire about making more. Overall smell of weed about the whole property. The guest service was very nice but there no breakfast and the hallway was nasty and there was so much noise inside and outside the rooms unable to sleep until around 4am in the morning

There were no locks on the front of side entrances. My room was open when I arrived, door ajar. Once I checked the room had no strange people in it, it was ok. The beds were clean and bathroom. But the other rooms on the 1st floor had open windows to the outside. Felt unsafe as a woman traveling alone. But was fine once I got inside the room.

We checked in around 11 pm as we were traveling and there was a white big lady at the front desk, she had no manners, was rude, unhappy, unwelcoming and didn’t care at all about the customers/guests. Very poor impression of this hotel and service. Will not ever go back or recommend this hotel!!!

It did not smell clean and the first room was not clean at the second room was a little better looked half clean and smelled like smoke. The property was run down.

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel, and I have been very pleased with my stays for such a reasonable price. The staff has always been nice, the room clean and well stocked, and pretty quiet. The halls are rather dark, and a couple of things needed repaired, but no doubt they are working on this. The coffee is very good, and the snacks were fine. Since there is a nice kitchenette, I just bring my own food anyway..
