No bad of a stay, but needs some remodeling.

The price. But when you book through Expedia, the front desk said I shouldn't do that because the hotel has to pay a percentage! Not my concern if I am trying to save money. Price is to high for what you Don't Get!

started off putting me in a room, that someone was already in. got new room, and it had a bad smell, had to go to store get a can of air freshener, spray it and left for 1 hr, then came back, was way better had to leave bathroom exhaust fan on all the time. i will not be going back

The entire building smelled like stale cigarette smoke, everything was dirty. I killed a total of 4 cockroaches in my room during my stay. The front desk person was nice, but that was the only good thing about this stay. I noticed other rooms had a do not disturb sign, however I did not get one, so on my first day, I had room service pound on my door at 8am, not wait for a response, and burst into my room. Will not recommend or return to this hotel.

Sheets were dirty. Toilet is loose. I had to go the front desk and ask for batteries for the TV remote. It still didn't work.

I went and checked out and the said they would cancel my reservation and and comp me for the night I was there. Since I booked with Expedia they said I had to go through them for my refund. Well no one will answer the phone to verify the cancellation. And now I get a review request. I hope this was not a scam. If you want a hotel to stay I. That is not full of shady people partying make sure you pick another hotel. Also when we went I to the room, there was water on the floor, the safety lock on the door broken People were hanging outside our bedroom window all night. I was so disappointed. the property was under heavy construction. In terrible physical condition. Sheets were worn out with pilling. Only 1 light in entire room. Just plain beat up.

No cart for bags no direction from staff where room located. Key didn't work to access side door entrance closer to room. The "included breakfast" there was none. No ice both machines were broken. The room...Dead bug on the floor &bed spread. no towels in the room mini fridge stopped working day 1. Pool had rocks in the bottom. And around midnight it sounded like there has active construction load banging down the hall.
