Don’t waste your money. I was not informed at checkin that the elevator was inoperable. When I asked the lady at the front desk she merely pointed to a piece of paper taped to the top of the counter 5 feet away and says” You didn’t see that?” After lugging my belongings up the stairs to my room and coming down for a second load to take up I asked her if there was at least an ice machine on the second floor and she said yes. Get settled and go to get ice…… ice maker is inoperable as well. To top off the Labor Day weekend the pool was…… you guessed it. Inoperable!!!! For $175 a night it was definitely not worth it! Days in down the street will serve you better

Location and area was good and near what we needed to be close to. Bathroom needs an update. Bedding had ink stains on comforter. Sitting room is dark needs better lighting. Pool area was closed off and not accessable.

Room was dirty. Hair, food and garbage through out floor and food left in fridge. Request to actually clean room after day two which was just new towels and throw comforter over top of bead. Elevator not working and pool closed for maintenance.

I killed four roaches inside the room, the elevator was broken, the toilet was cracked, the toilet seat was too small for the toilet, breakfast did not offer bagels but did offer sliced bread.

Check in staff not welcoming, hardly spoke. Didn't tell us anything about the place-not breakfast times or checkout time. Otherwise nice place, very comfortable bed

The room was dirty no pillow cases bed not made dirty socks on the dresser. We had to be moved to another room which was better the carpet in the hotel needs replacing throughout

Front entrance was filthy! Staff is always so nice and professional but this stay, my room was not as clean as previous stays.

The bathrooms need to be remodeled a complete overhaul is needed walls in there needs replacing by the Bathtub and tub needs replacing it’s mold and it’s smelly and the sofa needs replacing they are worn out with stains in it over all it was an ok stay room 105.

Out of all the places ive stayed, I've never felt it necessary to leave a bad review. This is the first time. The condition of the American flag outside the hotel should've told me what I was in store for. The A/C unit in the room leaked causing the floor to be soggy. The shower rod was sagging, causing the curtain to bunch up in the middle. The soap holders in the shower were very dirty. There were french fries in the folding sofa bed. The pool was not functioning. The washers and dryers were not functioning. The hotel ran out of coffee packs for the room. The luggage carts were very dirty and stained. I know its not the Ritz Carlton so i dont expect opulence - but I do expect to get what I pay for.

Outside security light blinked all night. Closed the curtains didn't help, made the inside of the room look like a huge lighting storm was in the area. Pillows on the bed, were half size and should be replaced.
