We had to evacuate with our two dogs due to hurricane Milton. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and kind and accommodating! Definitely a hotel to come back for vacation!

The front desk staff was awesome. Super friendly and helpful. The room was clean with plenty of towels. The complimentary water bottles were a nice touch. The only complaint is the site boasted a pillowtop mattress and goose down comforter, neither of which were in this room. The bed was not terrible, far from pillowtop, definitely more firm than I would prefer. The comforter was thin, but did the job. Overall it was a very nice place and we had a wonderful stay.

When I checked in the girl at the desk told me as they always do at hotels “breakfast is from 7-11”
Evidently it was not a free buffet although it had all the same things I’m use to seeing. They charge $16.95 according to the menu on a table. I saw it after I got a bowl of oatmeal and juice. Let’s see if they charge me after I spoke to manager

The hotel was ok. Our room was a King suite that was an upgrade executive and the couch in there was stained, the room had a very distinctive smell upon arrival, the carpet in the hallways was rolled up from coming loose. Overall this hotel could use an upgrade. The tub/shower leaks out the side when you shower.

The pool was closed but was not on the mentioned when making reservations. The hotel was very quiet which was good and staff friendly.

Check in was at 3 one of our rooms was not ready until after 4. The room that was still waiting to be cleaned had hair in the bed and the sheets smelled like urine. We were there for a funeral so we just wanted to get it over with. It was not a good stay.

The hotel was nice. The only problem was that when walking down the halls, it smelled musty. The room's bed looked like a twin-size bed instead of a queen-size bed like most Hiltons I have stayed at. Also, I did not see where it stated that they charge for parking.

Everything was just about perfect! The only issue we had was with the iron in the room when we were trying to get ready for dinner at Cowfords. The iron kept leaking on the shirt, so I called for a new one. Once the new one arrived, it continued to do the same thing, so we had to blow dry the shirt before getting dressed. Luckily we started getting ready early so we were still able to make our reservation. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and the breakfast was great downstairs. The lady working the food area was really nice and helpful!
