Clean, comfortable bed. Ok, those egg things were gross to look at. If you’re going to have eggs, please do better. Unfriendly night desk person. Everyone else was nice.

I paid more than usual for my budget, but it was worth it. It is a very short drive and you are in Pisgah Park, then after a short trip you can get right on the Blue Ridge Parkway. The breakfast was good, rooms clean, and the beds were comfortable.

This is the second time that Hotels.com has changed the dates of my reservation while making the reservation. In this case it made the change one month and one day in advance of the actual dates. When I contacted Hotels.com after noticing my card was charged they directed me to the hotel. When I talked to the manager about the situation she was rude and hung up on me after I was polite and trying to understand her hostility. I was charged fully for both rooms that were reserved on the wrong day. I even rebooked for the proper day to show that I was intent on staying here. The manager didn’t care and like I said, was rude and hung up on me and would not take my call backs, making the front desk clerk lie that she was out of the hotel. I am cancelling my second dates, the dates I actually booked before Hotels.com switched them. Neither party would take responsibility or be reasonable about the problem I’ve had booking twice now. Totally unacceptable and poor business practices.

We enjoyed our stay! It was clean and they kept up with giving us new towels. The hot breakfast looked good, although we mostly ate the bread, yogurt and coffee. But we loved that breakfast was served until 10am and check out was til 11am, since we are late sleepers. Pool was closed while we were there, but I’m not sure we would have used it anyway, so that wasn’t a big deal for us.

The front desk staff was horrible. We asked for assistance with the morning breakfast and was told that was not their responsibility even though they were in the area and no one else was around. They could have either assisted us or called someone to assist. At check out, we asked multiple times for a receipt and were not able to get one.

Smelled like mildew, no phone charging stations & expensive for what I got

We were in Brevard to attend 10 days’ worth of concerts at the Brevard Music Center. The location was convenient to both the music center as well as other notable locations, such as Pisgah Forest as well as a short jaunt to Hendersonville. The staff was welcoming and attentive.

Beds and pillows were comfy. Hot breakfast was great. Every other day the hot items changed. Also, you could eat outside on a deck by the river. My only offset is the temperature of the pool. A little too warm in my opinion. I felt overall it was good. My family and I always stay at Country Inn's and they never disappoint. Highly recommend.
