This is an amazing hotel. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful property with very comfortable rooms. The location couldn’t be better. If I return to Mykonos, I will stay here.

We were supposed to stay here in 2019 but I had to cancel at short notice. I stayed with my wife at the property in late August 2024. We were both blown away. I wish we could have stayed longer. A special mention must be made of Alkida as she was one of the many staff members that helped make our trip so memorable.

Everything was excellent except the bar service at the pool lounge chairs in the morning. Other than the incident with a drink we ordered ( that by the way was very pricey) everything else was perfect.

Property is nice. We were put in a room that was very low on the property, so room was pretty dark, and bathroom had a smell of sewage. The air conditioner did not work properly, so room stayed very humid and warm, which made our stay a bit uncomfortable. It is also odd that there are two ours from 12pm-2pm that there is no food available on the property, not even a quick service place. I will say that after finding out that we were uncomfortable with some aspects of our room, the front desk did call us to see if we wanted to move, however, it was already 11pm at that point, and we were only staying one night and already settled in our pajamas, so we declined the offer of trying to re-pack our things and relocate so late at night.

The property was beautiful, peaceful and very convenient to Mykonos Town, without being in the middle of the tumult of the cruise ship visitors. Front door to Old Port = less than a 10-minute stroll.

But best of all were the staff, who provided great directions and dining suggestions (not just the fancy places), and were ready to help with guest problems (e.g, I needed a new luggage tag — they got one for me).

The Spa experience was truly wonderful. It has a large pool with many sunbathing beds and lunge chairs. The hotel room a perfect size and the bed was super comfortable. It was phenomenal by far the best hotel with amenities in the island . The service was superb from the drivers to service staff. The rain shower could get some help with pressure, but that was it . It is worth the 8 min walk into town if you want to feel truly comfortable and luxurious. The breakfast is superb :)
